Love this ring! At first I was hesitant because of the reviews. However, I love that it tracks my sleep and tells me my readiness for my day! I can barely feel the ring on my finger at night. Also their is a subscription for every thing so that really doesnt bother me. I haven’t had any scratches but I have brought ring covers from Amazon, if I want to change from silver to gold or vice versa.

I absolutely love this ring. It so nice to have something that give me accurate information. I struggle with sleeping and this ring is able to track my patterns and help me better understand. There are also other great features.

This ring has really helped me track my cycle, which is the main reason why I got it. It has also helped me be very aware of my idle time and helped me track steps, sleep, stress level during the day. I would definitely recommend it.

I really enjoy the ours ring it is highly accurate regarding my cycle, steps, sleep performance, and overall statistics. I also enjoy how durable it is, I shower with it, wash dishes, workout out, and cook with it! Highly recommend.

I have both this and an Apple Watch and the Oura ring by far tracks my health way better than my Apple Watch. It accurately tracks my sleep, gives me a notification if I’m starting to get sick, tracks stress levels, exercise, heart rate and so much more the battery life is way better then my smart watch as well and charging is extremely quick I just pop it on the charger when I go to take a shower and by the time I get out of the shower it’s fully charged. I’d recommend the Oura ring to anyone who wants to keep a eye on their health and wellness of your body

Works very well. Very happy that you don't have to charge it every day, and when I do, it charges quickly. Takes a few days to get used to it.

Great tracking, I had the gen 3 before but this is a real improvement. You can't feel the sensors inside so it is really comfortable to wear

I love this ring so much, got used to wearing it after one night. I love how well it tracks everything. 10/10 recommend. I do suggest wearing the sizer for a day prior to make sure the size is perfect.

Love that it tracks with the Health app. I would recommend getting the ring covers to prevent scratches.
