Easy to wear and provides good insights on sleep and activity. Readiness, lowest heart rate, and heart rate variability are useful things to know. Easier for me to keep it on 24/7 than a watch.

The Oura ring has been an excellent addition to my wearable tech line up. I wear my applae watch during the day and take it off at night and the Oura ring 24/7 except to charge and actives that might damage it. It’s very comfortable to wear and the battery life is excellent.

Super product that provides multiple types of information on the health of the wearer. I use mine to track my steps, sleep, and heart rate. Oura tech is great, and frequently adds new types of information. Extremely easy to sync with a phone.

It’s comfortable and practical for monitoring certain functions, but for us, it fell short in the features we were looking for. The performance is good, notifications come through without issue, and the battery life is adequate. However, the device doesn’t offer as many options or customization as we had hoped, making it less useful for my husband’s daily needs. Pros: Basic functionality works well Comfortable and easy to use. Good battery life. Cons: Limited in terms of additional features. Not as versatile as other similar devices. Overall, the Ring could be useful if you’re looking for a simple device for notifications, but if you’re after something with more features, it may not be the ideal option.

The Oura Ring has been an excellent purchase. I am becoming more conscientious of my sleep patterns as well as it is comforting being able to readily monitor and have my health numbers available and monitoring through my phone at all times.

I had tried the gen3 before switching to the gen4 and honestly the fit is SO much better. Since the sensors are more flush with the ring nothing presses into your finger like it does with the gen3. So comfortable and I love the insights it gives me as well as the battery life.

I love how it tracks many things. I would recommend it for women who have issues with their periods. It helped to know when you're getting when you are irregular. Also, it told me days before getting sick so that was weirdly cool. I would recommend sizing up. I does get scratch easy.

Overall - I love it! The thing I will say about this device is that it is somewhat bulky- if they could fix that — I’d give it a 5. And maybe a couple other options — like white. The battery is good, the data is great, and it was easy to sign up and daily use it great.

Excellent device - The stats are great to see and has helped me a lot with my sleep schedule. I can compare what I did on certain days that helped me get higher sleep scores. I can also compare it on nights I get terrible sleep and see what may have caused that. Overall its fantastic.

My girlfriend loves this ring. It's great for tracking vitals but also feminine cycles with extreme accuracy. Had to replace after a year of constant use but oura's customer service was great. Sent another within a week. It does scratch no matter how safe you are.

I’m still learning about the benefits of the ring. So far I do like the gold band, very comfortable so no issue with wearing 24/7 and battery lasts a week. And the sleeping data is interesting. So far it’s good.
