    Love Love Love my ring! 100% would buy again! They did not have the silver in stock at the store, so I settled for the stealth. It's very pretty when I add my stackers. You can also purchase covers to make it look different or protect the ring.

    The part I really like about the ring is that I can get information when I sleep. My watch is too bulky to wear at night. Plus with days of power reserve, I don't worry about it not lasting the night. This really allows me to get full day feedback on my health metrics.

    I was unable to wear this ring on my index finger as it was purchased for my wife. It turns out I she is not as cool I am, and did not want it. I tried it for a week and found it to be comfortable and I really liked the different data points it gathered. More than the raw data I especially liked how the app analyzed it and then explained the scores for me. I have since traded in for the correct size and am looking forward to building a significant baseline. Not for nothing but I am also looking forward to the integration with dexcom and their CGM. I feel like that elevates the Oura 4 to the top of the food chain when it comes to wearable tech for health purposes. When and what to eat along with sleep to maximize metabolic health. Excited to get the full experience from this product.

    Wife loves her Oura. It is a good hassle free sleep tracker - although we think it indicates more "awake" time than actually occurs during sleep. Make sure you send a lot of time with ring sizing kit before you decide on a size.

    Amazing little piece of tech. For me I wanted the data but prefer my mechanical watches over the apple watch I had been wearing. This solved that and its more comfortable than my orginal wedding ring which was a concern. If your on the fence go for it, 100% worth it

    I got this to help track my sleep and stress in connection with my autoimmune and anxiety issues. So far it has been monumental in signaling a flare up, and it is helping my doctor and I with awareness of side effects of new medication.     The ring looked nice at first and the design is not bad, but after just a couple of weeks the color changed and it started to look worn out. It also got many scratches very quickly, even though I was careful with it. Unfortunately, the quality didn’t meet my expectations.
