The Oura ring provides excellent insights into sleep patterns, activity, stress, and health. It continuously monitors breathing, heart rate and latency in terms of HRV and sleep to monitor signs on stress and any indicators that may need attention.

Purched for my daughter for Christmas and she just loves her ring. She purchased her subscription and loves seeing all the benefits of her ring.

I bought the Oura ring for my because she washed to track her sleep. She has had the ring for a few weeks now and she absolutely loves it. It tracks everything and monitors way more health markers than I could have imagined. I would definitely buy it again.

So far, this ring has given me great insight into my health, and I will continue to use it to track. I will probably pick up a Garmin as well.

This is the second Oura ring purchase. I’ve been using the Oura Ring for over a year now, and I’m honestly impressed with how much insight it gives me into my sleep and recovery. The ring itself is sleek, light, and looks more like jewelry than tech. I actually forget I’m wearing it most of the time.

The Oura ring is good when you want to know all your body insights. It’s good for sleep, stress, readiness, and heart rate. I went into the store which I highly recommend to get the right size, the band with is thick so you might need to size up. The ring is ok for workouts but doesn’t really give you that many insights like an Apple Watch would. For example if you run a lot and want to track distance, it won’t show you that in the app. It will show you the zone your heart rate was in and how many calories were burned. The ring also tracks temperature and if you’re using it for cycle synchronization it’s good with that!

Best purchase I’ve made thus far! Gives me an insight on how my sleep is going, if I’m ready for the day, and it also allows me to confidently say that my mind and body is feeling much better now that I know how much rest I need!

My wife and i both bought one. It gives a lot of information and metrics. If you act on the information then it seems to be beneficial. I have improved my heart age by half a year already. It is noticeable with some activities like driving.

My husband loves this as a fathers day present. The ring is easy to use and the data, especially the sleep data has been fantastic.

The Oura ring is amazing keeping you informad about your health and habits. The app is great, and tells you how to improve your health. The only think I will have to deal now is the warranty since the battery is lasting a day and a half after less than 10 months of use and it was lasting 4-5 days.
