I'm really impressed with the Oura Ring. I was thinking in getting an OURA ring for a while but the size of the 4 kept me from getting it. Once the 5 came out and I saw it was way smaller I preordered it so fast! I've been wearing it for over a month and I love all the insight I get with it. I always forget I have it on and it looks so good on!

I have been wanting this ring for a long time, I finally got it and I love how it tracks your vitals, sleep, steps and your activity for the day. Very easy to set up and connect to my phone by using the app. The ring is comfortable to wear sometimes I even forget I have it on. Also, very comfortable to sleep with does not bother me at all.

I’ve been really happy with this ring so far. It’s comfortable enough that I forget I’m even wearing it, and I like being able to keep track of my sleep, recovery, activity, and overall health without having to wear a watch all day. Also I use my Apple Watch in addition to the ring. The battery life has been solid I’ll charge every 3-4 days, which is fine for me, and the app makes everything pretty easy to understand for me. Can’t speak for others. I also really like the Stealth finish.it looks clean and goes with everything. Definitely something I’d recommend if you’re serious about keeping a better eye on your daily habits and health.

I already own an Apple watch, blood pressure monitor, and Withings scale so I was looking for a very specific gap-filler. What sold me on the Oura Ring 5 is that it does what no other device I own could do: continuous blood pressure signal, giving me a true 24-hour cardiovascular picture for the first time. I was also skeptical about wearing a ring all day, but it is comfortable enough to forget it’s on your finger, although I still take it off for a few minutes daily when I shower or in the kitchen just to give my finger a break. My only big complaint is the required $5.99/month subscription, but if you’re l serious about longevity monitoring over just fitness tracking, the Ring is a no-brainer.

I've been using my Oura Ring to track my health and fertility, and I'm honestly so impressed. If you're looking for a wearable that goes beyond counting steps and provides meaningful insights into your health, I definitely recommend the Oura Ring. It's been one of the best wellness investments I've made.

love it! improving my sleep time and activity stylish to wear everyday got the black one. Battery last long, just make sure to wear it while sleeping, use it every day in every task, water, cleaning, working, working out, etc. will recomend

I love everything about my new oura ring but i especially love the battery life i go over a week without charging it. And my sleep data is that best i can see what time i should go to bed i see how i slept the night before if i should take it easy the next day.

Smaller, sturdier, better battery life paired with amazing software gives this a 5 star rating. The only downside is the subscription compared to Apple Watch. However, I can’t sleep with Apple Watch (bugs my wrist) and this perfectly tracks my sleep. Also tracks stress levels during the day which is a big eye opener.

Upgraded my ring from the Gen 3 to the Gen 5. Very nice upgrade from the Gen 3. Im probably one of the very few who prefers the bulk of the older models but i do also love the colors and newly added features on the gen 5. tracking seems to be a bit more accurate.

The oura ring 5 has a significantly thinner profile than the last generation. With that said there’s not much new compared to gen 4 on this device. If you enjoy a thinner profile you won’t be disappointed but if your expecting a load of new things to be able to track on your ring this isn’t the upgrade for you.
