I never liked the Apple Watches because I like to weak watches and the Apple one is not pretty at all. But this ring is awesome, it is small, keeps track of my health just like the Apple Watch and lets me wear my watch collection. It is indeed a great idea.

I had an AppleWatch for awhile but this Oura Ring is the best thing ever. It tells so much more than the watch. You don't have to think about it honestly, you can shower, get in the pool or ocean with it and have not issues. The charge lasts for days too!

I had purchased the Oura Ring 4 but hated how uncomfortable it was so I returned it The Oura Ring 5 is so comfortable! I hardly notice it’s even on! I wish there were more colors available, but then again they would charge more for them. If you’re on the fence to get this one, do it!

Better battery life and much much more comfortable.

This is my first Oura ring and I was extremely happy that the 5 came out just in time before I pulled the trigger on the 4. So far, a week in, I am amused by the data it tracks and shares. It seems accurate and is a nice addition with my apple watch.

I absolutely love my Oura ring! Has my steps, my calories how I sleep just helps me also I do take a GLP1 and It shows me when my next time to take it is you can log all of that and more!!

This is the 8th Oura Ring I have purchased (the first generation 5). I love this product for its breadth and depth of health data. I use it to manage my sleep, activity/inactivity, heart rate and HRV. It has served me well. I have also purchased for family members.

I’ve been very happy with my Oura Ring. It’s comfortable to wear, looks great, and gives me a lot of useful information without having to wear a bulky smartwatch. I especially like being able to track my sleep, activity, heart rate, stress, and recovery all in one place. The app is easy to understand and does a good job of explaining what the different scores mean. Battery life has also been great, and I like that I can wear it throughout the day and night. Overall, it’s a great choice if you want detailed health and sleep tracking in something small and comfortable. Definitely worth it for me!

Easy to wear and style. Way less bulky than the 4, however, I feel like the quality of the 4 was better. I got the same size but felt the sizing was smaller for the 5. Ended up returning it because I didn’t like the quality. Maybe if they came out with the ceramic version I would reconsider. But I didn’t sleep with it which beats the purpose.

Love all the the features and details that you get with the Oura Ring: stress, sleep details and readiness for the day and recoverability are fav features. The thinner band is very comfortable.

Absolutely love all the insight I am now getting thanks to my new Ring 5! Loaded with new features and fits much better on my hand than previous model. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has been thinking of purchasing!

Bought this for my wife and she loves the new update to this model! Before the ring was a little bulky but I’m glad that they changed that with this update! Her only complaint would be that the previous charger no longer works due to change to the interior portion of the ring.

Very good product if it’s comfortable, it actually does what it says it’s gonna do you do have to pay a membership to use the ring and for it to track all your biometrics very great product. My wife loves it to death. Would highly recommend for anybody to get this, especially women or to help them check their biometrics as far as like their monthly visits help check your weight loss or your sleep. Schedules tells you when you’re stressed it keeps your heart rate check very good product with highly recommend it.

I originally got the 4 for a mothers day gift, this ring came out a couple weeks later and we exchanged it, its such a small but great difference, the ring is smaller and love all the new features. I would reccommend for a gift!!

Great quality and it looks great too. My daughter loves knowing her sleep score and because it’s so comfortable she had no trouble getting used to sleeping with it.

I absolutely love my Oura-Ring 5. The battery life is incredible. I literally went a week without charging before getting a notification that my battery was running low. I also love how light weight it is. Unlike the Gen 3, you can easily forget you have it own. I still love the bulkiness of the Gen 3 but the thin size of Ring 5 does look better for everyday wear. I really do not have anything negative to say about the ring. I have had the Oura ring since 2024 and glad I upgraded to the Gen 5.

This ring is significantly smaller and provides all of the same accurate data. It is more stylish and not as obvious being a tracker. I notice a huge different from the previous versions - make the switch!

I had an Oura Ring 4. The smaller size of the Oura Ring 5 makes it much more wearable. You can do more with your hands without realizing you have a ring on. The battery life is definitely better. A very good upgrade.

I've been wearing my Oura ring to replace my Apple Watch for almost 2 years, but recently swapped to the new gen 5 ring. It's amazing, much smaller (and opted for a better color for me). PLUS Best Buy sent it so quickly.
