    Absolutely love my oura ring, as someone who struggles with sleep it helped me find my ideal circadian rhythm and has given me peace of mind overall. Love how accurately my steps are tracked. Ring is gorgeous and slim. I didn't ourchase any of the older models because they looked too bulky, this one completely eliminates that problem!

    The ring is significantly slimmer than previous versions. The only drawback is that the stress detection feature isn’t performing as expected. Aside from that, I’m very happy with the purchase overall.

    Really interesting data but some of it (Readiness?) is hard to understand. Also wish the menstrual cycle tracking was more user friendly. Sad that I cannot import my years of cycle tracking data from my Apple health app. I also wish it pushed more notifications to my phone such as heart rate or stress, not just "bedtime approaching" or "walk XX minutes to reach your movement goal". I am VERY pleasantly surprised to find how scratch resistant the ring material is. I have a horse farm and do lots of laborious work with my hands and am so pleased to see it has not resulted in a scratched up, very expensive piece of wearable tech!
