    right after my girlfriend gifted me the Oura ring. It gives out very helpful reports and advice, which I have been following, and has significantly improved my sleep schedule and gut health. I enjoy reading out the details on why certain things happen, e.g., I have trouble with digestion because I lacked fiber. Because of the ring, I can tell I have become more health conscious in a good way.

    I’ve had apple watch, whoop, and garmin in the past. the oura ring has been my favorite because of how unobtrusive it is. it probably helps that the gen 5 is the thinnest and lightest it’s ever been. the data it’s given has been super insightful, especially regarding sleep, and the app UI is spectacular.

    I love my Oura ring. I have had one for over a year and I love being able to see my sleep quality and understand my body better. It is extremely accurate on picking up my daily activities and when you add tags, it just makes it even better. 10/10 recommend.

    Best Buy has this item shipped to me super fast exactly on the release date! I have the Oura ring 4 and I just upgraded to the Oura ring 5 this ring has so many features. What I love the most is the Advisor you can ask anything concerning your health especially heart health after the ring learns your patterns on daily bases. It’s not a doctor but the answers can help you understand your body signals which helps anxiety this ring deserve a 5 star from me

    My oura ring is basically a part of my personality at this point. I check it first thing when I get up and multiple times through the day. I've only had it a month thus far, but the cycle tracking is very helpful. Pricey, but in my opinon, worth it.

    I have always wanted an Oura ring but hated the thickness of the ring. It just wasn't something that I would wear, and every time I tried on a friend's, it was uncomfortable. This new weight and thinness to the Ring 5 is a GAME CHANGER! I absolutely love my ring; I don't even notice that it's on. Highly recommend for anyone who has been on the fence about it.
