Amazing product overall. Great battery life and love the small style.

The Oura ring feels unobtrusive with the updated size, and I primarily rely on it to monitor my sleeping habitsit performs exceptionally well.

I love how much thinner this ring is compared to the Oura 4! I’ve been wearing it for about a month, and even though I’m pretty rough on my hands, it has held up well and seems more scratch-resistant than the Oura 4. The sizing does seem a little different, though, so I’d recommend double-checking your size before ordering.

I had the 4 for almost 2 weeks when they announced the 5 was coming. Immediately went and returned my 4 for the 5. It’s so much more comfortable than the 4. Found the 4 was a little on the thicker side and would press into the fingers besides the one you’re wearing it with. Barely notice the 5 when wearing it.

Purchased these for all my family members. We love sharing our circle scores each day no matter where we are in the country or the world. The sleek and slim Oura 5 is so much more desirable. We love using the blood pressure tracking journal option.

I have never been into sports or felt the need for a smart ring, but at 72, I felt that the benefits of cardio and sleep monitoring would be beneficial. I've had the ring for less than a week, but so far I am very impressed with the ring's performance.

I had the Oura ring 4 for about 6 months, I loved it but because I wash my hands so much throughout the day, moisture would get trapped under my ring. This ring is so much more comfortable and scratch resistant. The new gold is way more natural and beautiful. Worth the extra $100. I’d purchase this again any day. Sizing: Due to swelling, I went with my smaller index finger. Should I lose weight, I can switch it to my larger index finger for a better fit. This ring also fits my middle finger well on my bigger hand. I’ve noticed I’ll need to switch fingers and my body changes, especially at night. Definitely normal.

I’ve had gen 3-4 and now 5. This is by far the best one yet. The size is finally that of a normal ring. The recent updates to the app make it well worth the cost.

We’ve been loving OURA for the last 7 years. This new gen 5 design is a game changer. Good work Oura, keep it up and keep innovating! Also appreciated the new finishes that haven’t tarnished.

I was skeptical at first because of the price and the subscription you have to pay on top of it, but it’s worth it in my opinion because it tracks so many things that I was looking for. Such as my sleep and giving me helpful hints to improve or making sure I’m easier on my body depending on my sleep score, my stress levels and so much more. If you can afford the price and the subscription, totally worth it. I tried to be cheap and buy a different ring and pretty much got scammed so I’m happy with the decision to try this ring out and give it a fair chance.

Good product better than Apple Watch or Samsung ring. Easy to set up. Very light and thin for every day use and while resting

New to oura but overall would recommend, it’s been very helpful tracking cycles, calories, activity and sleep! I never knew how little sleep I actually got until oura overall seeing changes in my sleep patterns and mood and will continue to see what kind of data I gather. I have type 1 diabetes as well so it’s nice to monitor other things that can have an impact on insulin sensitivity. Would recommend 10/10. I love how the band looks as well!

As someone who had the gen 3 this upgrade was needed. I had the silver and stopped myself from getting gold because it clashed with my jewelry. However the gold for the gen 5 matches perfectly with my gold Jewelry and the size makes me forget I’m even wearing a ring. As for the battery life, I have gone full 8 days without charging which beats my 3 day charge for my old one. I absolutely recommend the upgrade.

I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but I love the Oura Rings functionality. It takes up to 3 months to really see my patterns and explore the my information, but I’m obsessed with correcting my sleep score. I love that it tracks my daily stress & my restorive stress, etc. I definitely think it’s worth the price point. One recommendation is to sz up. While I originally purchased a sz 9 ring, our fingers tend to swell & to avoid any problems in the future I sz’d up to a 10. It’s still snug but it’s easier to take off.

Coming from the Gen 4 this ring is so much better! It’s slim and just looks better on my small hand!

This was an upgrade from ring 2. And unlike other upgrades this does feel like real upgrade with better design. Band looks slim and is not noticeable that its a finesse ring one can easily use as a wedding band if they choose to.did got some scratches within first week

So happy with my Oura Ring 5! I knew some of the features before I purchased it, but had no idea of all the things that it tracks. I would highly recommend this to any and everyone, and have! Run, don’t walk, to your local Best Buy to grab yours!
