This ring has helped me so much with my sleep and being mindful of my stress levels. My stress levels were at 11-12 hrs a day and now I’ve come down to 1-2 hrs a day. It also helps count my steps, and track my cycle and that’s something I really love.

I went from a ringconn that stopped charging less than a year of use to this. It’s so small and light, I forget I’m wearing it sometimes. The data UI is nice to look at it and encourages me to “thrive”

Love my ring , it's small and stylish. I wish the app was free but it's worth it and tracks everything. I do have an Apple Watch but I don't like wearing it when I sleep so this is perfect for me.

I have a few wearables like a FitBit and Apple Watch, but none of them are as comfortable as the Oura ring. ON top of being comfortable, it's quite nondescript in appearance making it a little more out of the way.  I have the gen 4 Oura ring and this gen 5 version has some nice enhancements. Firstly, the size. Being a ring, there's only so much you can have size wise with one but the gen 5 version does manage to shave off a couple millimeters compared to the previous gen. Now it might not be much but appearance wise, it does look a bit nicer and feels a smidge more comfortable as well.  Next, the battery life seems quite improved with this gen 5 version. The older version lasted quite a bit easily but this Oura 5 can go several days without needing a charge, Nice in that it's one less thing I need to constantly charge. FYI, the charger for the gen 4 is different for gen 5 ring.  Biggest pro for this ring is obviously the data it tracks. From your typical heart rate, sleep, steps, etc., you have a plethora of data to review AND receive metrics back on through the Oura app,. The stress and overall health cards I find the most resourceful to me.  On top of being so small and discreet, this wearable provides a lot of data aimed at getting you better health and better insight into your activities.

I’ve been wearing a smart ring for the past few years and, in my opinion, have found that it’s one of the most convenient and comfortable ways to keep tabs on my health and fitness tracking versus other options such as a watch. Being that it has been several years since I invested in a smart ring, I decided it was time for an upgrade and replacement to catch up to the latest technology. I switched from a different brand to the newest edition of the Oura Ring, the Oura Ring 5, because it was recommended by others at our gym that have Oura Rings and they swear by it. After initially charging the ring, it was very easy to set up using the smart phone app, creating an account and entering my personal information so the ring and app companion could get a better understanding of my personal details such as my age, weight, height, activity level, etc. and use that information to make user specific recommendations throughout each day, week, month, etc. Upon setting up your account, it does give you a free trial of their upgraded tracking and AI features which I also strongly recommend after using it for a little over a week. The ring is so lightweight and comfortable that I forget I’m wearing it most of the time. Unlike a smartwatch, I never feel the need to take it off, especially at night, which means my data is much more consistent. The battery life is great, lasting about a full week on a single charge using the included charging dock, therefore I don’t find myself having to charge it nearly as often as my smart watch. The app is easy to understand and gives meaningful insights instead of overwhelming me with information. Everything feels personalized and genuinely useful. It even scored my heart age and tracks my cycle, all in one easy to use app. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed and fascinating to wake up every morning and see exactly how well my body recovered overnight. I love that it doesn’t just give me numbers, the AI features help me understand how my sleep, stress, activity, and recovery all work together. One of my favorite features is the Readiness Score that helps me decide whether I should push myself in the gym or give my body a little extra recovery; I’ve found myself listening to my body much more because of it. As someone taking vitamins and medications, including GLP-1 medication, I appreciate how the software and AI in the app takes my personal information combining it with my sleep, activity, stress, etc. to provide me a better understanding of my overall wellness. Seeing those trends and numbers over the past week combined with the AI features has been eye opening and motivating. If you’re looking for a wearable that’s focused on improving your health rather than just counting steps or sending notifications, I highly recommend the Oura Ring 5 along with their subscription service for more inclined health and fitness tracking. For me, it’s become something I wear all day, every single day, and it’s completely changed the way I not only understand my health and body but use the recommendations the software gives me to make adjustments throughout my busy days.

Accurate health metrics via a stylish, rugged ring

I have had a previous generation of the Oura ring, but I never was able to get too excited about the product until this version. This review is based on 3 weeks of use, to include the fitting process and subscription level insights.  TL;DR - If you've tried Oura in the past, the Oura 5 Smart Ring is the culmination of listening to the customers, improving on the pain points, and making a lightweight versatile ring that works, provides a significant array of health focused data points, and is durable. The data tracks with my wrist fitness tracker, with what I think is improved accuracy over prior generations. Pros: The Oura 5 fixes all the issues I had with the 3rd generation - weight, durability, and metric accuracy are all improved. App gives you more metrics and tracking than you'll probably ever need, for this reason it will work for a large range of user needs While I haven't experienced it with this version, one thing that stands apart for Oura versus traditional watch fitness trackers is that it will predict onset of illness prior to any other fitness trackers I've used. This is one of the standout features that differentiates Oura from the rest. I can wear it all the time, in the shower, doing chores, workouts, etc and take it off about once a week to charge for ~3 hours. For this reason it has the best health tracking coverage of any device I've tried. Cons: Same issues I've had with prior generations of the Oura ring. I'm still not a fan of not having half sizes. I feel that the ring is slightly too large and rotates and puts the sensor away from the palm of my hand, but I can't go down a size and still fit over my knuckle.  Have to pay for the subscription to get insights into your stats In the final box is the ring, charger, USB-C charging cable, and paperwork, however prior to this you will receive a ring sizing kit. The ring sizing kit contains 8 rings, whole sizes from 6 - 13, with the intent being that you wear it for a few days to ensure fit and then scan the QR code which will take you to the portal to order your size / color. Once that is completed your ring will ship, mine arrived within a week of submitting my sizing.  After unboxing, the first thing I noticed was that the Oura 5 was vastly different from the 3 that I had previously. Gone is the huge bulky band, the heavy metal, and the large sensors on the inside of the ring. This new ring is sleek and I love the color options. It has a small visual indicator of where the sensors are so you can quickly see if the sensors are in the correct position against your palm. The ring is now made of titanium, and is significantly less prone to marring than the previous version was. I am very active with my hands, doing farm chores, participating in shooting sports, lifting, and other high friction activities that scratched my Oura 3 ring significantly within the first month. So far on this one, I have had no marring and the color shows no signs of chipping or defects. 5 stars all day long for the build, design, and durability.  As for performance, I wear the Oura 5 on my ring finger on my right hand, and a popular mainstream, well calibrated, fitness tracker on my right wrist.  The metrics match very closely, for example sleep on Oura is 78 "good" and on the wrist tracker it was 82, and the step count typically stays about 30 steps less than my wrist tracker. Oura readiness for the same day was 79 "good" and the equivalent measurement of body battery on the wrist tracker was 67. Providing these as examples, but overall the trackers metrics align in parallel, albeit slightly different offsets. This gives me confidence that the trackers are accurate, and relatively precise against all other wearable monitoring devices. 5 stars for accuracy and repeatability against what I consider a highly reliable tracker.  As far as the features go, yes, it does require a subscription after your initial trial runs out. I do have the full subscription, and the features discussed are all part of the subscription offering. First you can see the following metrics at a glance - readiness, sleep, activity, cycle day for women to elect to track this, heart rate, stress, and resilience. These are all customizable options that can be removed from your quick glance dashboard. When you click into one of these metrics you'll see your history, things that contribute to the metric (see screenshot) and guidance on how to potentially improve your health in this area. Sleep quality is important to me, so I appreciate that it breaks down sleep efficiency, rem, light sleep, deep sleep, and how long it took to fall asleep, in addition to your sleep debt over the trailing 14 days. It does give O2 saturation, which I think is a good directional indicator, but not a precision measurement. The activity tracking is unique in that it measures training frequency, training volume, recovery time, and daily goals. The app does try to bucket activity, so it will ask you to confirm if you had a walk / run and I find that most everything else it classifies as housework, to include farm chores, light workouts (under ~120 bpm heart rate) and anything else that isn't obviously walking while still being a lower heart rate.  Bottom line, I know this is a long review, trying to help someone reading this determine if the ring is a good value. For me, as an active, mid-40s female, I find the insights, tracking, and data history to be invaluable for making behavior changes to help keep my health, fitness, and training on point. The ring offers numerous features that I likely will never use fully, but for this reason, I think it will fit the need for most of the users on the market today - health baselines and trends, fitness tracking, weight improvement, cardiovascular health, all things sleep related, and overall lifestyle choices that impact your health.  You can wear this anywhere, swimming, showering, working out, chores, etc. All the events where you want to see how your body performs under pressure. So far I have had no scratches even when shooting pistols and doing farm chores such as hauling water buckets, these are all activities that left deep scratches in my Oura 3 rnig. My only complaint is the sizing aspect, if you have large knuckles the ring may rotate. I wear a 7.5, couldn't comfortably get the 7 over my knuckle, so went with an 8. Mine does rotate quite a bit, but does not seem to impact the metric tracking or accuracy. If you want to improve your overall health, aren't getting what you need out of your current fitness tracker, or simply like data, this is definitely the fitness tracker I'd recommend.

📦 UNBOXING: Inside the box, you’ll find the Oura Ring 5, a USB Type C to C cable, and the charger. It includes a basic guide for getting connected, but the app will be your primary way of getting started. 💪 BUILD: The black Oura Ring 5 looks sleek with a nice luster to it. The physical design of the ring is aesthetically comparable to most conventional jewelry rings, whereas other smart rings on the market tend to be a bit larger and look bulky. On the inside of the ring, there are two pairs of LED arrays with adjacent photodetectors (light receivers). Each array has a green, red and infrared LED. The green + infrared is used for measuring heart rate and heart rate variability, while the red + infrared is used for monitoring blood oxygen saturation. There is also a digital temperature sensor to measure average body temperature variations and an accelerometer tracks movement and activity. ☁️ COMFORT: The Oura Ring 5 feels comfortable to wear, and the size 10 that I got feels accurate to the size 10 in the ring sizing kit. I’ve been wearing a competitor’s smart ring for a couple years now, and feel like Oura’s sizing kit much more closely matches the actual ring. Hands tend to swell throughout the day, and I feel that my Oura Ring 5 has not been an issue for me. I am able to sleep through the night without losing circulation in my hand; it fits snugly without worry of it falling off, but not too snug where it brings discomfort. While your mileage may vary, I’m able to wear it on both my middle finger and my index finger comfortably. 🛠️ SETUP: The setup process was simple, and the app will guide you through it Plug the included USB-C cable into the charger and into a USB-C wall adapter (not included). Then put your ring on the charger, and the LED on the charger should start blinking. At this point, you can start the pairing process from within the Oura app. Preferably, you will want to wait until your Oura Ring 5 fully charges before using it. 📱 APP: The Oura app is the most important part of using the Oura Ring 5. To get useful information, you will need to pay for Oura’s subscription of $5.99/month on top of the expensive price you will also have to pay for just the ring. New Oura members get 1 month for free, but I think more time ought to be included with the purchase of the ring. The app provides a ton of metrics and information based on what it collects from your Ring 5 and tries to organize the data to make it easy to discover. Under the “Today” tab, you can immediately find scores for Readiness, Sleep and Activity, as well as Heart rate and Stress. If you select any one of these categories, you’ll find a summary about the data in addition to all the unique metrics that contribute to the overall aggregate score, with explanations about each contributing metric. The “Vitals” tab gives you quick summaries for the aforementioned categories, but also adds Heart health, Metabolic health and Core metrics. Then there’s a “My Health” tab which gives you a more long-term evaluation of your health. The scores here like Sleep Health, Stress Management and Heart Health all need 2-4 weeks on average to calibrate a baseline. Which means you may only obtain these metrics near a full month of use. Which conveniently, is close to the end of your free first month of the Oura subscription. Similarly, there are also scores for Activity Burn, Step Average and Sleep Regularity. The first two require 30 days of data, while sleep regularity requires 2 weeks of data to develop a baseline score. The app lets you track workouts, take pictures of meals, or even integrate with a Dexcom Stelo sensor (for non diabetics) to correlate your meals to impacts on vitals and other health markers. You can also schedule a $99 blood test to evaluate other elements of your health. Additionally, you can connect with family and friends using Oura Circles. This allows you to celebrate each others’ health achievements and show support during the harder times, as well. There are also meditations, breathing exercises, sleep meditations and stories, and even lessons about how certain elements of everyday life can impact your health—including some things like pregnancy and cycles, postpartum, bedtime tips, GLP-1, and more. There’s a lot of useful information in the Oura app. There’s also a Symptom Radar that uses 7 days of sleep data over a period of 2 weeks to indicate potential signs of sickness or stress. These insights can be useful for helping you be proactive towards the path of recovery and self-care. While I most notably care about stress, heart health, and sleep tracking, I found that logging my meals in the Oura app either by picture or simple description was helpful since Oura’s AI advisor could quickly understand what I was eating, understand its general nutritional profile, and give suggestions for ways to improve the nutritional value of my meal or ways to exercise to improve my overall wellness. It won’t track calories, carbs, or any of that, but the AI advisor provides an opportunity to reflect on how your meal impacts your sleep and energy. Sleep tracking I do find has been insightful. I’ve been able to see how my sleep has been impacted by higher heart rate due to alcohol, and how I’ve obtained significantly less REM sleep despite my latency measure showing that I fell asleep much faster than usual. 🔋 BATTERY: Oura claims that the battery life will range between 6-9 days depending on the size of the ring, as larger rings can accommodate larger batteries. For a size 10 that was charged to 100% and not charged again, I was at about 35% after 5 full days, so a full week could certainly be obtainable. However, this is during the very initial period with the ring, and the battery performance can change over time due to natural wear with each recharge, as well as impacts from firmware updates. So I would not expect day one battery performance to be representative of long-term endurance. Oura also recommends charging the ring in short quick bursts like during a shower, and keeping it between 25%-80% for best long-term health of the battery. It puts a lot of stress on the battery to deplete it completely, and it’s not recommended to sleep with your ring on if it’s below 30% battery. 🧐 CONCLUSION: If you don’t wear a smart watch or smart band, then a smart ring could certainly be appealing for cycle tracking sleep, stress, and a lot of other health indicators to guide you towards better habits. But it really requires you to use that information to make meaningful changes towards your health goals, and Oura does provide suggestions in its app to guide you towards those goals. Their app is fairly polished albeit dense with data, and there are a lot of explanations of the data so you understand what it’s tracking. However, with how small the batteries tend to be and the limited number of charge cycles they support, I think it’s worth weighing the lifespan of a smart ring against the large upfront cost you pay in addition to the required monthly subscription to get meaningful data from Oura’s app. In my experience with another popular smart ring, one year of use could nearly halve the battery life, and that could be a dealbreaker for some folks. In my opinion, I think the fact that these ring batteries cannot be replaced really makes this product a technical case of “planned obsolescence” since the battery tech has a limited lifespan. When comparing smart rings, Oura’s sleek aesthetic is certainly appealing, but the additional $5.99/mo required subscription service means that total cost of ownership is also quite high when compared to some alternative options.

Small, Beautiful and Full of Insights

Summary ------------------ Beautiful and comfortable design. Probably the biggest advantage is a combination of: - More accurate measurements than smart watches due to being taken from the fingers which are less noisy than wrists (from my research), and - The app is very insightful with a very helpful Oura Advisor that can analyze all the measurements, and provide clear explanations and recommendations specifically tailored to you based on your own data! Another advantage or drawback depending on your expectation: The battery has lasted me about 7 to 8 days (specs say up to 9 days). The main drawback is that the app is not free. While it can show you some data for free, you need a subscription to get all the worth-while insights. This is my main reason for giving it a 4 star instead of 5 (and the other reason is I wish the battery lasted at least 2 weeks to not worry about taking the charger to longer trips). DETAILS ------------------ - Accuracy: From my research, optical measurements on fingers are cleaner/less noisy than on wrists. Therefore, Oura ring measurements should be more accurate than smart watches. Oura ring measurements have been touted as very close to lab-grade. The only way to know for sure is to have a sleep study in a lab and compare measurements, which I didn’t do. However, the app does show clearly how long you spend on each sleep state: REM, deep sleep, light sleep and awake. It also tells you your total sleep, efficiency, restfulness, lowest heart rate, oxygen saturation, average HRV (heart rate variability), and nighttime breathing! - Insightful app and super useful Oura advisor: If you’re wondering whether it’s worth getting the Oura ring vs a smart watch or because you already have a smart watch, in my opinion it all depends on whether you’ll look at your measurement data and would be willing to spend some time analyzing it. What I can tell you is that while the Oura app gives you a lot of information and explanations, where it truly shines is with its “Oura advisor”. It is similar to any AI chatbot you might have tried (ex: Chat GPT), but with the huge difference that it has access to all your historical measurement data! This is huge because it makes it so much easier and faster to make sense of all the collected data. No need to wonder if you’re interpreting it right. It can show you graphs, answer questions with easy-to-understand language, and it can help find patterns. For example, if you start consistently tagging every day whether you consumed alcohol, you had a late meal or it was a stressful day, the Oura advisor can find patterns on how your sleep get consistently affected in correlation to those tags. Even if you don’t tag, it can already find some patterns such as your whether your sleep has got affected due to inconsistent bedtime for example. - Look and feel: I’ve never worn any rings, but I’m enjoying the Oura ring. It looks great, it's thin and comfortable. After much consideration, I chose the brushed silver which I am so glad I did. Some research indicated this color is the one that hides the most scratches. Indeed, I went swimming and I felt I scratched my Oura ring a bit a couple of times when reaching and grabbing the edge of the pool. While I can feel a tiny scratch when touching the ring with my other fingers, I cannot see it. While this color was one of the least appealing to me in the pictures, the pictures don’t make it justice. I actually really like it and highly recommend it! - Battery: I really like the fact that I do not have to charge the Oure ring on a daily basis. It has lasted me about 7 to 8 days. The app does a great job notifying me when the battery will drain in 15 or 16 hrs. This gives me time to charge it before I go to bed or on a weekend trip or vacation. And I appreciate also getting notified when it’s fully charged. Having said that, I really wish it could last ideally 30 days but at the very least 2 weeks. That would allow me not to have to worry about carrying the charger (and potentially losing it) during long trips. - Sizing: The sizing kit was very useful. I recommend following the instructions. In particular: 1. If you are in between sizes, picking the smaller size -> I’m so glad I picked the smaller size 2. Making a fist and making sure there’s no gap -> Even picking the smaller size, I still see a small gap, but certainly less than the bigger size. The measurements seem pretty accurate. 3. Wearing the temporary rings in the sizing kit for a few days -> This was key. I originally did not think this was necessary, but it is! I actually was undecided about which finger to wear the ring on, and therefore I had 3 potential sizes. At first, I thought to pick the largest of the 3 so I can wear it on multiple fingers as needed. However, the largest fell off my finger while putting the clothes in the washing machine! I then went on a hike and took the other 2 sizes. Fingers tend to swell at different times of the day, and I could feel that especially when hiking. I thought this meant I would most likely pick the larger size for comfort. In the end, this ended up not being the case. While the larger size could be a tad more comfortable sometimes, the majority of time, the small one feels fine and hugs my finger better, not falling easily when taking a shower, swimming, or washing my hands for example. But most importantly, the Ring website mentions the measurements are more accurate when the ring touches all the surface of your finger even when making a fist. I am happy I chose the smaller one. Having said that, make sure to choose something that is comfortable to you, because if you do choose something too small that ends up hurting your finger, you will end up not using it.

I recently bought the Oura Ring 5 for my wife, and it has been a great choice. The ring is elegant, lightweight, and very comfortable to wear, especially compared with a traditional smartwatch. She really likes how discreet it is, while still providing useful insights about sleep, recovery, heart rate, and overall wellness. The app is easy to use and presents the information clearly, without making things feel too technical or complicated. The design also feels premium, which makes it something she can wear every day without compromising her style. Battery life has been good, and the experience so far has been very positive. It is definitely a premium product, but for someone who wants a stylish and practical way to track health and wellness, the Oura Ring 5 is an excellent option. Overall, we are very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

The new Oura Ring 5 is much smaller - by almost half - and lighter than my Oura Ring 4.It looks better, more like an actual piece of jewelry rather than a tech device on my finger, and is much more comfortable. Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) Review Title: Incredibly Sleek Upgrade with Unmatched Accuracy (Gold Edition) Review: I’ve been tracking my metrics for a while now, and the Oura Ring 5 is an absolute engineering marvel. If you were on the fence about smart rings because they felt too bulky or obvious, this is the generation that finally makes the technology feel entirely invisible. Design & Comfort: The biggest win here is the massive size reduction. Oura managed to shrink this down by about 40% compared to previous generations, bringing the width down to a super slim ~6mm. It fits and feels exactly like a classic, premium wedding band. The redesigned Gold finish looks stunning—it’s a lighter, more modern, and sophisticated shade of gold that doesn’t look gaudy. The interior sensors are incredibly low-profile, meaning no uncomfortable friction when lifting weights or going about your day. Accuracy & Sizing: Crucial tip: Do not skip the sizing kit! Because the Ring 5 has a completely re-engineered, ultra-thin profile with optimized sensor placement, the sizing feels a bit different than standard jewelry or even older smart rings. Wearing the plastic sizing ring for 24 hours ensures you get a snug fit for accurate data. Once you find your size, the tracking is phenomenal. With 12 signal pathways, the heart rate tracking during workouts (especially running and cycling) and overnight HRV data are incredibly precise. App Experience & Health Insights: The data integration is seamless. The Oura app does a beautiful job of translating complex biometrics into daily Readiness, Sleep, and Activity scores without making you feel overwhelmed by numbers. The new predictive health insights and stress tracking features give you a genuine look at how your daily habits affect your recovery and long-term cardiovascular health. Battery Life: You would think shrinking a device by 40% would kill the battery life, but the mechanical redesign actually keeps it running for a solid 6 to 9 days on a single charge. It charges incredibly fast, too—I just pop it on the charger while taking a shower, and it rarely ever dips into the red. Pros: • Ultra-thin, 6mm lightweight titanium design looks like high-end jewelry. • Reimagined Gold finish is elegant and highly scratch-resistant. • Noticeably improved tracking accuracy for workouts and sleep metrics. • Phenomenal 6–9 day battery life despite the miniaturized size. • Waterproof up to 100 meters. Cons: • Requires a monthly subscription ($5.99/mo) to unlock the full breakdown of your health data. • Like all ultra-compact, epoxy-sealed wearables, the battery is non-replaceable, meaning the ring has a finite lifespan of a few years. Final Verdict: The Oura Ring 5 sets the gold standard for discreet health tracking. It completely eliminates the form-factor compromise of older smart rings. If you want top-tier sleep, stress, and recovery insights packaged in a gorgeous, lightweight ring, this is worth every penny.

I don’t have enough space in this review to talk about all the great things about Oura and this new 5th generation ring. I’ve been an Oura user for 3 years, and upgraded from the 3rd gen to the 5th. This 5th gen ring has exceeded all expectations and I truly believe, coming from a nurse, everyone should have an Oura ring on their finger for health awareness. To start, get the sizing kit and wear the sizer for 24 hours to confirm the size you want. You’ll want it on your non dominant hand so you don’t get activity credit for writing something down or all the little things you would only do with your non dominant hand for most accurate readings but you do you. The reason for the 24 hour sizing is because your finger size changes throughout the day related to blood flow, posture, and temperature. You want to make sure it fits at all times. Loose will not get you accurate data from the sensors. When yiu get your ring, connecting to the Oura app is a breeze. It recognizes the ring to pair, has you wave your hand so you can see the how fine the ring captures your motion and you’re ready to go! They suggest a 2 week period for the ring to learn your body to really start getting accurate data for your movement and your body. Be gentle with yourself if your scores don’t start out great. This is a learning opportunity to see how you can get insights to improve your health by being aware of how different things affect your body and mind. Compared to wearing the 3rd Gen, I fell like I’m not wearing anything and do actually subconsciously check to see if it’s still on my finger, which it always is, but it’s just so light and not restrictive, and fits so comfortably all day and night(see picture). To help Oura get to know you and your movements, use the tags, and if it misses an activity, let it know what you did and it will learn. I play ball with my dogs against our cinder block garage and marked it as handball so now it asked if I was playing handball after I play with my dogs. Same goes for housework, yardwork, basketball, etc. movement is movement. Give yourself credit. The more you tell it what you’re doing, the more it will learn about you. It also links up with other activity trackers, like Apple Watch, and will capture an Apple Watch workout to log in your Oura data. A super cool feature is also Oura advisor, which uses AI to assess your data and give you insights and explain your data to you (see added photo). There is a lot to learn about the various data points that are captured and what they mean for you. Use advisor if you get stuck on some data and need more info, super helpful chatbot. There is also glucose tracking with a add on stelo sensor, labwork you can add on, meal tracking, reports you can give your doctor, circles so you can compare with family and friends, symptom radar which will at times know you are sick before you even feel it. I attached a picture of when I had food poisoning where it showed I had major signs of stress, which I definitely felt. Stress tracking, sleep tracking, activity, resting heart rate, integrations with ovulation trackers which my significant other has used for several years, and even research and future features you can opt in on to test out. Again, I cannot recommend Oura enough. I get people think they read their bodies and don’t need tracking but Oura adds a bright light to your read on your body. I’ve learned not to eat late as this will keep my resting heart up because my body is trying to digest food while I sleep when it should be resting, when to go to bed to optimize recovery based on how long it takes me to fall asleep and when I wake, how much activity I should be getting throughout the day and it tells me when I need a little extra rest. I know when I’m sick, often before I feel sick. I learned how bad alcohol destroys your body recovery and sleep. I feel validated when I feel something feels wrong and Oura backs me with data. If you care about your health, short term and long term, Oura ring 5 is a phenomenal tool to give you data that you can learn from and act on so that you can be your healthiest you. Oura just notified me that I need to stretch my legs a bit, so I will end here. Get the ring for you to be your best you. You deserve it.
