More narrow and less weight then Oura-Ring 4. It is such a nice design. Another family member has the Oura-Ring 4 so we definitely are able to compare. We love the Oura-Ring 5 new design changes.

Shows all statistics, HOWEVER the product does take 1-3 months to calibrate all statistics, and at time be inaccurate or bulky on the fingers compared to a regular ring, still a great product I would recommend but take it with a grain of salt that your earring s product that will only last a few months to years.

The new oura ring is great. So helpful to keep you on track. Love the dashboard and the fact it keeps you inspired to keep moving. This was a great purchase and the bee design is great!

The new Oura ring 5 is extremely smaller than the previous generation and actually adds the fashion value to it now. Tracking is accurate and motivating especially with sleep quality.

This ring tracks everything and the battery last many days without recharging. Water does not damage it. It is really comfortable as I forget that I’m wearing it. I love this ring and you will too.

I'm still trying to figure out how this works but so far, it has been great! There is some functionality that I wish it had but they are supposed to be adding features to it.

Upgraded from the oura 4. Battery life is much better than before and the size decrease is extremely welcomed. I have been a huge fan of oura and I appreciate their new looks.

Purchased as a gift for prior model just days before this new model released. Immediately exchanged for OURA 5 and the weight, size, and features were Immediately noticeable.

I love this! It’s my 1st Oura ring and it’s only been 3 days that I’ve been wearing it but I already love getting the stats while the ring learns my body. So cool! So small! So aesthetic.

Overall I have been impressed with the ring. Noticeably smaller and appears to keep a charge longer. Connects quickly to the app to update data-way faster than the Oura 3 I had.

I have this thing on just about all day. It’s comfortable and stylish. The metrics it measures is really good too perhaps better then the smart watches.

Absolutely amazing, I love how it tracks all your healthcare. My favorite is my sleeping schedule. I love waking up knowing that I had a restful night.

Does what it says Battery life lasts a few days at full charge and all settings on. Kills your phone battery in less than 8 hours so keep a charger nearby You basically need the subscrition service or you have a smart watch that doesnt tell time

It got thinner and more expensive. I would be fine with the latter, but unfortunately even 40% thinner, it is still far thicker than regular men rings. Maybe next time. It definitely can work for people with larger hands or longer fingers, but not for me, unfortunately

i never wanted an oura ring bc how bulky they were but this one is sooo much better and love being able to track everything from a ring. highly recommend

My wife loves it. Enough said, i wanted to help her understand her sleeping issues and so she uses this ring and the 4 before this.

This is an excellent product so much smaller than the 3 and a lot more sensors also. The insghts are fantastic and very meaningful

The Oura ring is amazing. It tracks your daily footsteps and track your sleep. The best part is that batteries last a few days per charge.
