I recently bought the Oura Ring 5 for my wife, and it has been a great choice. The ring is elegant, lightweight, and very comfortable to wear, especially compared with a traditional smartwatch. She really likes how discreet it is, while still providing useful insights about sleep, recovery, heart rate, and overall wellness. The app is easy to use and presents the information clearly, without making things feel too technical or complicated. The design also feels premium, which makes it something she can wear every day without compromising her style. Battery life has been good, and the experience so far has been very positive. It is definitely a premium product, but for someone who wants a stylish and practical way to track health and wellness, the Oura Ring 5 is an excellent option. Overall, we are very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

So far i have no complaints. The ring is much thinner than the previous version and very light on my finger. The app you get the first month free then you can pay month or yearly. The nice thing is you can use HSA or FSA funds to cover it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I upgraded from the Oura Ring Gen 3 to the Oura Ring 5, and I'm very happy with the upgrade. The slimmer fit is one of my favorite improvements—it feels more comfortable and less noticeable during everyday wear while still looking stylish. The gold finish is beautiful and looks much more refined in person. It pairs well with my other jewelry and feels premium without being flashy. Setup was quick and easy, and I'm excited to continue tracking my sleep, activity, and overall wellness with the newest version. If you're considering upgrading from the Gen 3, I think the improved design alone makes it worth it. So far, it's been the perfect upgrade!

This is my 3rd Oura ring and by far my favorite! It fits just like my 4 maybe a little bit more snug, but unlike my 4 I barely notice I have it on since it’s significantly smaller.

Awesome product. Waaaaaay more in depth health information than the Apple Watch Ultra 3. Just the amount of information you get for your sleep score alone is overwhelming.

After having an Oura ring 4 for a while, and loving it, I decided to not only upgrade to the 5 but to change the color. Most of my jewelry is gold, but the Oura 4 gold just wasn’t the same. Also with the cost difference I decided to go with the silver. With this upgrade, I went with the gold and love it! The smaller size is great for my smaller hands and the battery lasts so much longer!

Oura ring five is unbelievably comfortable. Their new Five is smaller and lighter than the four models. It’s so attractive. The gold color of the ring looks like real gold. It blends flawlessly with the other jewelry I wear on my hands. The battery lasts over a week and charging it is a simple procedure. I love the sleeping tracker. It’s both beautiful and highly functional.

Overall, great for tracking sleep and other basic metrics, the subscription model is a bit annoying.

I had the Oura 4 and thought it was too thick so I returned it. Purchased the 5 and live it!!

It's very durable although it does scratch and tarnish, but that is normal for jewelry and I don't mind since this is a tool for everyday use.

Helps a lot with keeping specific track of my movements and sleep patterns. As someone with a sleep disorder, this is especially important for me to generate reports and how to help manage my sleep issues. Battery life is great and charges very quickly. Much more comfortable to sleep with than a smartwatch, which is partially the reason why I bought it.

Smaller, sturdier, better battery life paired with amazing software gives this a 5 star rating. The only downside is the subscription compared to Apple Watch. However, I can’t sleep with Apple Watch (bugs my wrist) and this perfectly tracks my sleep. Also tracks stress levels during the day which is a big eye opener.

The oura ring 5 has a significantly thinner profile than the last generation. With that said there’s not much new compared to gen 4 on this device. If you enjoy a thinner profile you won’t be disappointed but if your expecting a load of new things to be able to track on your ring this isn’t the upgrade for you.

Bought this for my girlfriend for the contraceptive portion that the ring provides. Which she absolutely loves because the amount of information it gives for it is very informative. She also like the fact that it is smaller than the previous version and that gold tint actually looks better as well.

Slimmer size made this an easier decision when purchasing.

Bought this for my wife and she loves the new update to this model! Before the ring was a little bulky but I’m glad that they changed that with this update! Her only complaint would be that the previous charger no longer works due to change to the interior portion of the ring.
