I had the Oura 4 for over a year and the Oura 5 came out. It is so much thinner and I rarely even feel it on my finger. It comes off less in the night than the 4 and it is noticeably more accurate. If you are in the market for a ring, I would highly suggest this one.

I purchased this product to assist me with managing my sleep and menstrual cycles. I’ve only had it for two weeks, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it! It’s so effective that I don’t need any additional products. It’s hands down the best purchase I’ve ever made.

The new Oura ring comes as a big enhancement over its prior iteration. It's thinner, lighter (making it more comfortable), more interactive and intuitive, and comes with a longer battery shelf life. As a result, I rely on this far more than my Apple Watch health app.

very pleased with the functionality of the Oura ring, I bought to check on my quality of sleep but find that the activity tracker motivates me to be more consistent with my workouts, It’s comfortable and holds a charge for several days.

The slim ring is a much better fit and the battery lasts longer than my last one (Gen 3). I like the feel and the additional features it has. I wear my all day, removing only to charge or when I'm showering and it's comfortable

I like that the 5th generation ring is slimmer in size compared to the older models. As someone with anxiety, I am less likely to take my ring off or twist it around due to the slimmer size and feeling like it’s not there.

We bought this item for my wife and she just absolutely loves it. The weight is so little compared to the third generation and it has so many more sensors so if you are considering which one to get definitely do this one!

Love my ring! Fits on my index finger & after a little period of adjustment, I hardly notice I’m wearing it. The charge lasts a long time & charging is fast. I charge it while I’m in the shower. Buy it- you will love it.

This ring tracks everything and the battery last many days without recharging. Water does not damage it. It is really comfortable as I forget that I’m wearing it. I love this ring and you will too.

More narrow and less weight then Oura-Ring 4. It is such a nice design. Another family member has the Oura-Ring 4 so we definitely are able to compare. We love the Oura-Ring 5 new design changes.

I love this! It’s my 1st Oura ring and it’s only been 3 days that I’ve been wearing it but I already love getting the stats while the ring learns my body. So cool! So small! So aesthetic.

The new Oura ring 5 is extremely smaller than the previous generation and actually adds the fashion value to it now. Tracking is accurate and motivating especially with sleep quality.

Overall I have been impressed with the ring. Noticeably smaller and appears to keep a charge longer. Connects quickly to the app to update data-way faster than the Oura 3 I had.

Upgraded from the oura 4. Battery life is much better than before and the size decrease is extremely welcomed. I have been a huge fan of oura and I appreciate their new looks.

I have this thing on just about all day. It’s comfortable and stylish. The metrics it measures is really good too perhaps better then the smart watches.

Absolutely amazing, I love how it tracks all your healthcare. My favorite is my sleeping schedule. I love waking up knowing that I had a restful night.

Shows all statistics, HOWEVER the product does take 1-3 months to calibrate all statistics, and at time be inaccurate or bulky on the fingers compared to a regular ring, still a great product I would recommend but take it with a grain of salt that your earring s product that will only last a few months to years.
