very pleased with the functionality of the Oura ring, I bought to check on my quality of sleep but find that the activity tracker motivates me to be more consistent with my workouts, It’s comfortable and holds a charge for several days.

Oura ring 5 is a comfortable and snug fit, would definitely recommend. Holds a great charge. Provides a lot of health facts that are beneficial for healthy sleep and lifestyle.

My main complaint with Oura ring 4 was its bulkiness and Oura ring 5 has corrected that! So much more comfortable to wear and workout in. The ring is more similar in size to my two wedding bands.

I bought the Oura Ring 5 due to how much thinner it was from the previous models. I love my ring and all the data I get around sleep, stress and activity. I love that my Oura ring can take all the data collected and provide readiness for activity and let me know when to rest. 5 Stars from me, treat yourself you wont regret it. My only complaint is the sizing which is a little wonky. I tried the plastic sizers on and liked the 9 but when I put the size 9 ring on my finger it was too small. If the sizer fits perfectly go to the next size up and you should be good. Best buy was great when I immediately turned around and bought the next size up.

I like that the 5th generation ring is slimmer in size compared to the older models. As someone with anxiety, I am less likely to take my ring off or twist it around due to the slimmer size and feeling like it’s not there.

Works well and has held up during hard workouts, including lifting weights. Battery lasts over a week, and it provides interesting information on the app.

This one feels a lot more comfortable given that it's smaller and light. Battery life is so much better and it is a lot stronger to scratches than the previous model.

This ring tracks everything and the battery last many days without recharging. Water does not damage it. It is really comfortable as I forget that I’m wearing it. I love this ring and you will too.

Honestly, I loved my first Oura Ring. I waited until the 3rd-generation one came out and used it for a solid 3 years. I quit using it when the battery could hold a charge for even 2 days. So, I was coming in with that bias. However... Oura's new 5th-generation ring is amazing. The new, reduced size is so much better. I looks great and fits...life. The app has been enhanced and I love seeing not only the data, but also the conclusions it draws.

Got this Oura Ring 5 for my wife. We do recommend going to try out the size beforehand when buying it to making sure we got the right fit. She loves that it looks like regular jewelry while tracking her sleep, daily activity, and wellness metrics behind the scenes. Battery life is great, the app interface is clean, and the feature set is top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone looking to gift a subtle, high-tech wellness tracker!

I love this! It’s my 1st Oura ring and it’s only been 3 days that I’ve been wearing it but I already love getting the stats while the ring learns my body. So cool! So small! So aesthetic.

Purchased as a gift for prior model just days before this new model released. Immediately exchanged for OURA 5 and the weight, size, and features were Immediately noticeable.

battery life is better on the 5 and the scratch resistance is way better. the slimmer profile is great too

Overall I have been impressed with the ring. Noticeably smaller and appears to keep a charge longer. Connects quickly to the app to update data-way faster than the Oura 3 I had.

Upgraded from the oura 4. Battery life is much better than before and the size decrease is extremely welcomed. I have been a huge fan of oura and I appreciate their new looks.
