    The newer 5s are a lot sleeker of a design. Less bulky than the 4s. Noticed the cardio tracking is a bit better as well.

    A comprehensive view of your health once it establishes your norms. The only wearable I can sleep in and it's sleep diagnostics are unmatched. Sleep is probably the area I most need to monitor. But Oura can detect when you start to get sick so can get treatment before the symptoms become unbearable.

    So far, I'm really liking the Oura Ring 5. I'm glad I waited until they released a thinner design, it feels much more comfortable to wear. I got the silver ring, and it actually pairs really well with my gold jewelry. One thing to keep in mind is that it does take some time to calibrate. I'm still waiting for mine to fully calibrate, but so far I've been happy with it.
