I purchased this ring solely for the aesthetics of the app originally. I came from the Ultrahuman and I did enjoy it. It was a lot of information however I was looking at everybody else’s review of the oura ring and when I have to say, I love how thin and light this ring is. It blends in with my jewelry very well. The app is vary aesthetic pleasing. I love that it send me notifications throughout the day and this ring paired with the Apple Watch is gold!! I recommend it for everybody who wants to take their health seriously, have a gentle reminder to move their body, and self-care.

After test driving a very inexpensive ring bought off of Amazon, I knew I would appreciate the data and sophistication of the Oura. The new, thinner ring is so comfortable and I am loving getting to know the ring, as well as adding stylish add-ons (like much smaller halo rings etc). Most impressive: sleep data. It’s been very eye opening. I sure thought I was sleeping longer than what I really am, which explains a lot about my fatigue. Looking forward to a much more informed health and wellness journey thanks to Oura.

This thing is awsome looking works really well and my Lady loves it. If tou wanna keep up with anything health wise get you one or if your a work out freak get you one really nice

I love this ring more each day as I discover all the things it tells me . The finish is beautiful and holds up well in the gym too! And it’s comfortable as well !

The fit is perfect, I wear it as my wedding ring. Digging into my data as I get back to being active has been helpful in ensuring I'm not doing too much too fast!

I previously had the Gen 4 Oura Ring and decided to upgrade. The size difference is AMAZING! I wouldn't necessarily say the hardware itself has changed, but I have always loved my Oura ring!

Because the band with is narrower the weight is also lighter. I love how it feels on my finger instead of the chunkier previous version. The features are easy to access and has helped me4 to adjust some of my habits for a healthier me.

Good battery life and comfortable to wear every day

It’s been so nice using this to keep track of my health and activities as well as sleep and stress levels. The smaller option is so nice as this feels like it’s just a regular ring I got the gold and it matches my other gold jewelry so nicely. It’s small and not bulky highly recommend to anyone looking for an activity tracking device that is so small no one will notice it. The battery life is very good I’ve only charged it a few times.

I recently bought this for my Girlfriend. I would say after seeing the layout of the Oura ring app and how comfortable the ring. I will definitely buy one for myself.

I hardly think about my Oura ring, and that's exactly what I was hoping for, but when I do check my activity and health ranges, the Oura is comprehensive. I didn’t have the ring for long because it was to big and i need to change the size and finger however its was really cute and a reasonable size.

It’s a great alternative to the Apple Watch if your primary concern is measuring vitals and workouts. When I started wearing mechanical watches, I switched to a separate smart tracker, and this one works well while adding to my style. I’ve worn both the Oura and the Apple Watch simultaneously, and they measured similar metrics during a hike, for instance.

This ring is so amazing. It tells you everything about your body and I think that I made a very smart choice by buying this. It saved me a few doctors trips ha ha ha.

Got the ring for my daughter’s birthday present. She’s into yoga and health and fitness so I thought she would enjoy this wearable! She loves it!

My wife and I each have one of these. They're very durable and comfortable. Battery life is fantastic compared to smart watches which track fewer health stats. I usualy go a week or more and forget to charge it without a problem. Completely waterproof, I wash my hands, shower, and swim with this ring on. Also the app is pretty intuitive and the advisor AI is easy to talk to for better explanations for health tracking

So far i have no complaints. The ring is much thinner than the previous version and very light on my finger. The app you get the first month free then you can pay month or yearly. The nice thing is you can use HSA or FSA funds to cover it.

We bought this item for my wife and she just absolutely loves it. The weight is so little compared to the third generation and it has so many more sensors so if you are considering which one to get definitely do this one!
