I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but I love the Oura Rings functionality. It takes up to 3 months to really see my patterns and explore the my information, but I’m obsessed with correcting my sleep score. I love that it tracks my daily stress & my restorive stress, etc. I definitely think it’s worth the price point. One recommendation is to sz up. While I originally purchased a sz 9 ring, our fingers tend to swell & to avoid any problems in the future I sz’d up to a 10. It’s still snug but it’s easier to take off.

The Oura ring feels unobtrusive with the updated size, and I primarily rely on it to monitor my sleeping habitsit performs exceptionally well.

Love the battery life and comfort. I wear it everyday and night.

This was an upgrade from ring 2. And unlike other upgrades this does feel like real upgrade with better design. Band looks slim and is not noticeable that its a finesse ring one can easily use as a wedding band if they choose to.did got some scratches within first week

Let’s me know i slept quietly or if i either slept light or deep that’s how it tells me if i had enough sleep or not. I over all love how thin it is and it feels barely there. I got the shiny black one. I LOVE IT.

I had the 4 for almost 2 weeks when they announced the 5 was coming. Immediately went and returned my 4 for the 5. It’s so much more comfortable than the 4. Found the 4 was a little on the thicker side and would press into the fingers besides the one you’re wearing it with. Barely notice the 5 when wearing it.

I enjoy the sleep study. I love the app. It provides a lot of insight on how to get well rested. I will be purchasing for my daughters as well! I purchased the thinner version and love it!

Purchased these for all my family members. We love sharing our circle scores each day no matter where we are in the country or the world. The sleek and slim Oura 5 is so much more desirable. We love using the blood pressure tracking journal option.

This ring has helped me so much with my sleep and being mindful of my stress levels. My stress levels were at 11-12 hrs a day and now I’ve come down to 1-2 hrs a day. It also helps count my steps, and track my cycle and that’s something I really love.

The app is easy to understand and I especially like waking up and being able to see how well I slept and how ready my body is for the day\. It’s also really comfortable to wear and I love that it just looks like a regular piece of jewelry\. The battery lasts several days for me, so I don’t feel like I’m constantly having to charge it.

It’s comfortable enough to wear all day and while sleeping. My favorite features are sleep and stress tracking. I really like seeing how my sleep, recovery and daily habits affect how I feel. The app is easy to understand and gives me useful information without being overwhelming. I also appreciate that it looks like a regular piece of jewelry rather than a fitness tracker. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!

I have never been into sports or felt the need for a smart ring, but at 72, I felt that the benefits of cardio and sleep monitoring would be beneficial. I've had the ring for less than a week, but so far I am very impressed with the ring's performance.

Love my ring , it's small and stylish. I wish the app was free but it's worth it and tracks everything. I do have an Apple Watch but I don't like wearing it when I sleep so this is perfect for me.

So far i love the oura ring. I just wish it was a bit wider, but it does exactly whats advertised. I operate heavy equipment and i havent had any issues with scratches or damage.

I always wanted the Oura Ring - the model 5 is so slick and compliments my style But besides that, the tracking of your everyday movement, sleep, stress & meals is very impressive Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to know more about to to improve their lifestyle. The team at Best Buy were very helpful when I stopped by the store. There’s a station to measure your ring and decide which size and finger you want to wear it on.

I really like how it tracks my sleep, heart rate and daily activity. It also can track your cycle for you. as a woman that is a great feature to have. It tracks body temp. you can track your food, and it gives you feedback in the app. I appreciate feedback on heart health as well. Sometimes, I get tired of wearing and take it off for a few hours. It says waterproof but I take it off in showers or when doing dishes. I do wear it while working out, even in hot rooms and no problem with sweat as I like to track my activity. I wish it offered a way to create your activity tags as well so I can get more specific. Overall, I like the functionality and the look.

Very comfortable and looks good. I don’t notice it when I sleep at night or when I walk around. The Oura app provides great insights to your health and suggestions to help improve how to are doing. One issue is that if you’re trying to track your stats while you do heavy lifting, or do anything where with your hands you risk damaging or even breaking the ring. But that’s just the nature of the device. Otherwise it’s great.

I’ve had gen 3-4 and now 5. This is by far the best one yet. The size is finally that of a normal ring. The recent updates to the app make it well worth the cost.

We’ve been loving OURA for the last 7 years. This new gen 5 design is a game changer. Good work Oura, keep it up and keep innovating! Also appreciated the new finishes that haven’t tarnished.
