Long durability Battery life is good Comfortable and not bulky

A comprehensive view of your health once it establishes your norms. The only wearable I can sleep in and it's sleep diagnostics are unmatched. Sleep is probably the area I most need to monitor. But Oura can detect when you start to get sick so can get treatment before the symptoms become unbearable.

This is my first Oura ring and I was extremely happy that the 5 came out just in time before I pulled the trigger on the 4. So far, a week in, I am amused by the data it tracks and shares. It seems accurate and is a nice addition with my apple watch.

Battery is notably better than the Oura 4. The ring is so light you barely notice you’re wearing it versus the previous model that was more chunky. Definitely recommend if you are looking for sleep/heart/overall wellness monitoring.

I’ve been very happy with my Oura Ring 5. The sleep tracking, readiness scores, and health insights are accurate and easy to understand. The battery life is great, and it helps me stay more aware of my overall wellness every day.

I had an Oura Ring 4. The smaller size of the Oura Ring 5 makes it much more wearable. You can do more with your hands without realizing you have a ring on. The battery life is definitely better. A very good upgrade.

Thinner design than the Oura 4. So far product appears to work well . I had returned the 4 because it quit working correctly.

The ring has a slim profile when compared to the Oura4, and I like that it tracks my sleep.

So far i have no complaints. The ring is much thinner than the previous version and very light on my finger. The app you get the first month free then you can pay month or yearly. The nice thing is you can use HSA or FSA funds to cover it.
