Upgraded my Oura 4 to the 5 and the difference in the weight and bulk is worth the cost! Can’t even tell it’s on half the time. Battery life is substantially better too.

The ring fits perfect barley notice it sometimes and all the features that come with the app will take some getting used to.

The new oura ring is great. So helpful to keep you on track. Love the dashboard and the fact it keeps you inspired to keep moving. This was a great purchase and the bee design is great!

This product is so lightweight I barely feel it on my finger. The durability is also quite great since I’m aggressive with my hands there isn’t a scratch on it after using it for 4 months. The accuracy of my movements and even when I hurt my back, I received an alert that something was stressing my body. If you are really into knowing the quality of your sleep and basic health measurements, this is very useful.

I'm still trying to figure out how this works but so far, it has been great! There is some functionality that I wish it had but they are supposed to be adding features to it.

I cannot speak highly enough for this new version of the ring. I have tried multiple types of health tracking equipment, and I must say the Oura brand is the most consistent, accurate, hasslefree one I have found. With that being said, I feel that Oura has finally gotten all the pieces to align with the 5.0 version. If you’re looking for your next health/sleep tracker… Look no further this is it.

Compared to Oura Ring 4, style is much more sleek and thin! I sized up as I felt like Oura ring 5 fit a little more snug

I use in 24/7 and it has been Great! The battery life is great only need to charge once a week.
