    I was impressed with how slim it is compared to my other rings I wear, so it does not stick out like a sore thumb! I find the readings it takes to be accurate, and the recommendations it makes have been helpful so far. I enjoy learning about my sleep health, which is why I bought it in the first place. The battery lasts about a week which is awesome. I would recommend this!

    The new design is just what I needed. This is my first time wearing an oura ring and am loving all the information it gives me, definitely exceeded expectations. The only thing is I wish it held a charge for a bit longer. I seem to charge mine every 3-4 days.

    I have been absolutely loving my Oura Ring 5! It is incredibly lightweight and comfortable to wear all day and night. The sleep tracking features are fantastic, giving me really detailed insights into my rest, and the battery life has been excellent. It’s also great for keeping up with my daily activity levels without feeling bulky like a traditional smartwatch. Highly recommend!

    This is my 3rd Oura ring and by far my favorite! It fits just like my 4 maybe a little bit more snug, but unlike my 4 I barely notice I have it on since it’s significantly smaller.
