⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I upgraded from the Oura Ring Gen 3 to the Oura Ring 5, and I'm very happy with the upgrade. The slimmer fit is one of my favorite improvements—it feels more comfortable and less noticeable during everyday wear while still looking stylish. The gold finish is beautiful and looks much more refined in person. It pairs well with my other jewelry and feels premium without being flashy. Setup was quick and easy, and I'm excited to continue tracking my sleep, activity, and overall wellness with the newest version. If you're considering upgrading from the Gen 3, I think the improved design alone makes it worth it. So far, it's been the perfect upgrade!

This is my 3rd Oura ring and by far my favorite! It fits just like my 4 maybe a little bit more snug, but unlike my 4 I barely notice I have it on since it’s significantly smaller.

Awesome product. Waaaaaay more in depth health information than the Apple Watch Ultra 3. Just the amount of information you get for your sleep score alone is overwhelming.

Bought the Oura Ring 5 in silver, size 7, for my wife and she's been very happy with it. The fit was perfect and the silver finish looks sleek and stylish. She especially likes the detailed sleep and activity tracking, and the battery life has been impressive so far. Set up was straightforward and the app is easy to use. Overall, it's been a great purchase and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a smart ring with a premium feel.

After having an Oura ring 4 for a while, and loving it, I decided to not only upgrade to the 5 but to change the color. Most of my jewelry is gold, but the Oura 4 gold just wasn’t the same. Also with the cost difference I decided to go with the silver. With this upgrade, I went with the gold and love it! The smaller size is great for my smaller hands and the battery lasts so much longer!

Oura ring five is unbelievably comfortable. Their new Five is smaller and lighter than the four models. It’s so attractive. The gold color of the ring looks like real gold. It blends flawlessly with the other jewelry I wear on my hands. The battery lasts over a week and charging it is a simple procedure. I love the sleeping tracker. It’s both beautiful and highly functional.

Overall, great for tracking sleep and other basic metrics, the subscription model is a bit annoying.

I had the Oura 4 and thought it was too thick so I returned it. Purchased the 5 and live it!!

Helps a lot with keeping specific track of my movements and sleep patterns. As someone with a sleep disorder, this is especially important for me to generate reports and how to help manage my sleep issues. Battery life is great and charges very quickly. Much more comfortable to sleep with than a smartwatch, which is partially the reason why I bought it.

Smaller, sturdier, better battery life paired with amazing software gives this a 5 star rating. The only downside is the subscription compared to Apple Watch. However, I can’t sleep with Apple Watch (bugs my wrist) and this perfectly tracks my sleep. Also tracks stress levels during the day which is a big eye opener.

The oura ring 5 has a significantly thinner profile than the last generation. With that said there’s not much new compared to gen 4 on this device. If you enjoy a thinner profile you won’t be disappointed but if your expecting a load of new things to be able to track on your ring this isn’t the upgrade for you.

I had the Oura 4 for over a year and the Oura 5 came out. It is so much thinner and I rarely even feel it on my finger. It comes off less in the night than the 4 and it is noticeably more accurate. If you are in the market for a ring, I would highly suggest this one.

I purchased this product to assist me with managing my sleep and menstrual cycles. I’ve only had it for two weeks, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it! It’s so effective that I don’t need any additional products. It’s hands down the best purchase I’ve ever made.

The new Oura ring comes as a big enhancement over its prior iteration. It's thinner, lighter (making it more comfortable), more interactive and intuitive, and comes with a longer battery shelf life. As a result, I rely on this far more than my Apple Watch health app.

very pleased with the functionality of the Oura ring, I bought to check on my quality of sleep but find that the activity tracker motivates me to be more consistent with my workouts, It’s comfortable and holds a charge for several days.

The slim ring is a much better fit and the battery lasts longer than my last one (Gen 3). I like the feel and the additional features it has. I wear my all day, removing only to charge or when I'm showering and it's comfortable
