Great way to keep track of your health; I like how it tracks my sleep. Makes me more mindful of the need for good sleep. The stress tracker is also fascinating.

Really great! The ring has given me so much insight into my sleep, stress, and overall health. Perfect when paired with Natural Cycles for birth control. The charge lasts all week. The only cons are that it scratches easily and is a little too bulky, but you get used to it. I would definitely buy it again, can’t wait to upgrade to the newer generation.

Oura does an incredible job providing a new form factor for health tracking! It is small and discreet, but provides almost all the same health data as similar watches. Not having a screen does make you check your phone more for the insights, but the subscription isn’t that expensive ($5 per month). The app does provide actionable advice compared to other devices that just show you the data, so over the long term the data collected can be very helpful. I did have to take it off for weightlifting as it doesn’t provide a ton of useful data and I risked damaging an already expensive device, but if you are heavy on cardio or sleep tracking then this is a fantastic tool to track progress.

Firs great, metrics are very useful. Insanely expensive and the monthly subscription fee is a bummer. But right now its the best option for a smart ring—and worth it to me to save on the bulk and annoyances of an Apple Watch or a Fitbit.

Ive had it now for almost 2 months and honestly its fantastic! It helps me track not only my stress levels, sleeping heart rate, excercise but my cycles as well. Such a helpful tool for family planning! Definitely recommend

I love this ring. It keeps track of my vitals. I know how much I sleep, how well I sleep, my steps, my temperature, my heart rate….. I mostly appreciate the evaluation of my readiness. If i ignore a day when it says I should back off, I regret it.
