We actually wound up returning this because my wife couldn't get it to feel natural / comfortable on her finger. Between finger changing thickness at different times and the bulge it creates, we ultimately decided to go with the Apple Watch (and upgrade hers) since she also felt like she would still wear it. However I give it 4 stars because it worked well otherwise and for people who dont want a smart watch and can get comfy with it on the finger, this seems like an amazing find!

Bought for my wife who wanted to track her CO2 and sleep results during pregnancy and it worked awesome. Unfortunately during the pregnancy, her fingers outgrew the ring so she used her thumb which still provided accurate results! She continues to wear after pregnancy as well

I needed accountability for getting adequate rest and sleep. This works great. Definitely get the correct size, so go to the store and try the sizer

I like the ring and the information that you receive from it, however, there is a 5.99 a month subscription that you need to get all the info.

The ring is great. It tracks sleep, basal temperature, activity, and readiness. However it does scratch very easily.

Double check the size before ordering. We used the in store sizing tool. We ended up exchanging it for a size smaller.

battery stays charged for days and its even safe for swimming I love not having to be worried about taking it off for certain activities.

My health enthusiast daughter loves her ring and uses its wealth if information on the daily. From determining her cycle, workout efficiency, sleep cycles, and everything else thing ring offers.

Bought as a gift for Father’s Day and my dad loved it. Good price and he loves the ring and its features. Keep in mind if you buy this ring you also have to purchase a subscription to Aura to get full use. Wasn’t expecting that but not a problem.
