Absolutely love my Oura ring, has helped me build better sleeping habits. Just be careful with lifting weights as it scratches easily!

Comfortable, reliable and feels great. This is coming from someone who doesnt like to wear rings.

The Oura ring is very comfortable to wear, better than my fitness watches. The data it collects is varied and easy to understand. The categories give insight and tips to improve and understand your health. The only negative is paying a monthly fee to see all of these things. There is a new fitness tracker ring on the horizon that is NOT charging a monthly fee. Watch out OURA

Got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Because of his heart. He loves it definitely has helped figure out what’s going on along with stress levels and sleep habits.

love this! I use this in conjunction with my apple watch and I love it. You dont need the watch though. This is great gives amazing insight on your HRV, interruptions at night, breathing, blood oxygen, stress levels etc. love it so far. If you want something for working out though it wouldn’t be my choice. For everything else it is wonderful.

The Oura ring has helped me become a lot more mindful of my habits before bed and the things I was doing that weren’t conducive to a good nights sleep. It’s the little things I didn’t take into consideration like my nightly tea that was raising my body temperature when really I sleep best in a cool environment and lowered body temp etc. It is overall a nice addition to my wellness routine.

Does all that I ask. Nice product. 4 stars just because of subscription fee. Pretty durable too.

bought it for my girlfriend and she loves it, wears it everyday and looks really good on her hand, at first I thought the band was really big and bulky but after I saw it in her hand it looks beautiful, the app works perfect too and gives you all the information you need. It’s kinda cool that the ring can pair with other different apps (especially women’s health apps)

I got this ring because I seen an influencer who had it. I love it so much, it helps me see how active I am and also how much I sleep. I really like it it makes me drink a lot of water & made me stop drinking so much on weekends, it shows u how much it affects your levels!
