So far so good. I got it to improve my health and it has helped me monitor my bad sleep patterns better. What I like is that it tells me when I am improving so hopefully I can keep it up. It is much more convenient than a watch. The downside is the paid subscription that I guess I'll just keep paying as long as I feel better.

This little contraption has changed my life. Not only can I track my sleep and other health habits, but I can learn how to better them. I couldn’t recommend more!!!

Great product but there is a monthly fee which I feel is uncessary especially when you can buy an Apple Watch or galaxy watch that do similar things that don’t have a monthly fee.

The concept of the Oura ring is not bad at all and the app itself is very good but the metrics that it provides aren't too valuable as besides for sleep and heart rate tracking this device does an awful job add activity tracking or step counting.

This is a much more accurate device than i expected. The sleep metrics are very useful and seem to be accurate when it comes to being awake vs asleep. The ring is light weight and sturdy with a good battery life of 3-4 days for me.

At first I wasn’t too impressed but a few month later I was in love with the oura ring! I can tell how my day is going to go based on my scores and can track my stress much closer now. The only time I am not wearing my ring is when I need to charge it.

so does my other smart ring, which does not charge me on a monthly basis in order to be able to use what I already paid for. Not only that, the Oura ring is more expensive, feels cheaper, has less battery life, and is a lot bulkier than the Oura rings main competitor.

Disappointed in the fact that you have to be right next to the ring to connect with it. The manufacturer says you can do it within 30 feet which isn’t true and it takes a long time for it to even connect to the app. They said the last seven days, which is not true. We were charging it every three days we’ve had it not quite two weeks. I text Customer Service and it took him four days to get back to me saying that I don’t have the app which is not true. Very disappointed with the company

Works great and has great insights to your health. I much prefer this over the Apple Watch I was using previously for these purposes.

My husband found this ring in his search for Christmas gifts for our adult son. After watching videos and reading reviews, we were hooked on the idea. The technology is amazing and the information the app shares is beneficial and enlightening. Best Christmas ever!!!
