Solid device, the automatic workout tracking is great, unsure how to feel about having to pay monthly for the service after spending $350+

Bought this as a gift - she loves it and wishes she asked for it a year ago. So much better than holding her phone for counting steps.

Its a solid choice for a tracking device if you want to ditch the watch for a day. I got tired of wearing my fitbit all day, and this alternative worked out well for me.

Works good. Fits well. App is nice. I like wearing mechanical watches so this is a nice replacement for an extra smart device on my wrist.

I am grateful that I purchased the Oura Ring. It has been a game changer in my life.

I had high hopes for the Oura Ring Gen 3, but after nearly a year of use, I can confidently say it’s been a major letdown. The battery life is absolutely terrible. I’m lucky if it lasts two days—sometimes not even that. For a device that’s supposed to be worn 24/7 to track sleep, recovery, and activity, needing to constantly take it off and charge it defeats the entire purpose. The charging process itself is slow, and the battery health seems to have deteriorated significantly over time. What’s worse, Oura's support response was underwhelming—they offered a refurbished replacement or a discount on a newer model instead of acknowledging that this is a widespread issue. For something this expensive, I expected better reliability and support. If you're considering Oura for long-term health tracking, especially with Gen 3, think twice. It looks nice, but functionally, it’s not worth the hassle.

Bought it for my girlfriend and she loves it. It’s helped her track her health and all her women stuff.

While it has nothing to do with the ring. The ring kit is not exactly accurate. Thankfully this ring works on the middle finger.
