Absolutely the best purchase I could’ve made for my girlfriend for a birthday gift truly does everything that it says it does she wears it everyday and gives her accurate numbers that allow her to adjust things she needs to do to make sure she’s at her best if you had any doubts on this product get rid of them this is the real deal!

My one complaint is on sizing, they need half sizers or some sort of stabilizer since the ring slides too much

the product is amazing at tracking sleep and general fitness but the stealth finish can easily scratch phone screens and other plastics be careful.

I think the only thing I can really complain about is the battery life, but honestly it lasts longer than my Apple Watch was lasting. Oh, and the fact that I get blisters from wearing it when I’m doing deadlifts/squats, which already gives me blisters just not as quick. Otherwise it’s been great.
