    Its pretty good. I bought this ring primarily for the integration with Natural Cycles but have an issue of the ring not automatically connecting to my phone and I have to wait every morning for it to connect, sometimes I have to force close the app and re-open it in order for it to connect to the Oura app. It has some good insight regarding sleep quality and activity levels which I do not get from my smart watch but overall its just alright.
