Great product! I bought this ring as a Christmas present for my daughter. She wears it everyday and loves the functionality of tracking her activity, heart rate and sleep.

I love my Oura ring! It is helping me be more aware of my sleep habits, which is so important as a college student. Plus, it even has sent me warnings about potential illness/sickness that my body may be working to fight. I absolutely love the healthy habits that It is helping me be more aware of.

Outstanding app. Accurate information tracking. Full disclosure, the Gen 3 ring was within the return period when the Gen4 was released. I returned the Gen 3 for a Gen 4. My advice, if you can get a Gen 3 for under 250, buy it. Annual subscription is a pain, but the overall Sleep and Readiness tracking came in extremely handy while I spent a month traveling across multiple time zones

The Oura ring was a great purchase. It performs just as described. It has lots of health tracking benefits.I ordered the ring and it was delivered to the store just as promised.

Very good and accurate . It has a lot of interesting features. Better than an actual watch. Only downside is that you need a membership. This adds up to the cost. But worth it , it helps a lot to keep a track of many things.

You need to buy the monthly membership otherwise the ring doesn't do much. It helps with tracking sleep, steps, calories. I probably wouldn't keep it if it wasn't a gift only because of the membership.
