    I like that it is not as intrusive as wearing a smart watch, but the ring itself is very chunky. It's not as stylish as I'd like and looks like a silicone wedding band. I would commend the other shape that takes up a little less room.

    I had high hopes for the Oura Ring Gen 3, but after nearly a year of use, I can confidently say it’s been a major letdown. The battery life is absolutely terrible. I’m lucky if it lasts two days—sometimes not even that. For a device that’s supposed to be worn 24/7 to track sleep, recovery, and activity, needing to constantly take it off and charge it defeats the entire purpose. The charging process itself is slow, and the battery health seems to have deteriorated significantly over time. What’s worse, Oura's support response was underwhelming—they offered a refurbished replacement or a discount on a newer model instead of acknowledging that this is a widespread issue. For something this expensive, I expected better reliability and support. If you're considering Oura for long-term health tracking, especially with Gen 3, think twice. It looks nice, but functionally, it’s not worth the hassle.
