I got it to improve my health and it has helped me monitor my bad sleep patterns better. What I like is that it tells me when I am improving so hopefully I can keep it up. It is much more convenient than a watch. The downside is the paid subscription that I guess I'll just keep paying as long as I feel better.

The sleep metrics are very useful and seem to be accurate when it comes to being awake vs asleep. The ring is light weight and sturdy with a good battery life of 3-4 days for me.

I can tell how my day is going to go based on my scores and can track my stress much closer now. The only time I am not wearing my ring is when I need to charge it.

The manufacturer says you can do it within 30 feet which isn’t true and it takes a long time for it to even connect to the app. They said the last seven days, which is not true. We were charging it every three days we’ve had it not quite two weeks. I text Customer Service and it took him four days to get back to me saying that I don’t have the app which is not true. Very disappointed with the company
