More things than I could imagine I love it. When my daughter suggested that I get one I laughed, but then I decided to try it. It works like a Charm.

This is an excellent way to track your overall sleep status. It includes REM, deep sleep and type of quality. It feels very comfortable, secure and safe

really good quality gadget to understand how your body is working. Still need to read more to understand 100% of all the stats that oura is giving me but im really pleased at the moment.

Bought for my wife, she lives it and the app. Very useful info. Sizing is a little weird, her ring finger is a typical size 7 and the size 8 was to tight and 9 was way to large.

Works well but I think the price and monthly fee are higher than needed. A good device but one that will be surpassed if the market grows enough for a real player to enter.

It’s great I just wish it actually took my temperature with out the natural cycles app. I wear it everyday all day only take it off to shower. Hasn’t scratched, dented, or lost any color. Was tired of my Apple Watch and waited to try something different and so glad i did!

Ehhh, so the software is pretty slow when syncing. Especially for the price of the ring, simplicity of the software, and price per month. The price per month is fine, but I wish there were more feature updates that wow-ed. The thing I really dislike about the Oura ring is that I have lost weight (you know, using the $500 health & fitness ring…) and Oura doesn’t allow you to exchange the ring for a smaller size or get the ring re-sized somehow. Now I’m stuck with a ring that’s too big and a company that doesn’t support re-selling.

This has been one purchase I do not regret. It has allowed me to better analyze my health and well being in a more efficient manner. I would highly recommend this device to others.

Was hesitant to buy it but it’s my new favorite accessory. I don’t even use my Apple Watch anymore.

It does take a minute to get use to how it works, but it gives you information that most other objects omit. Took one star away only because it is a bit thick between your fingers, but like anything else, you get use to it

Loving how accurate the information is. Using for pregnancy planning with natural cycles so hopefully the information helps with that journey!! The size was a little awkward at first (small hands lol) but eventually got used to it and it feels more natural now!

It’s OK Works as supposed to I like it because I can wear it all the time not like my watch . I just wish the colors weren’t more expensive than the just silver

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. It’s lightweight and tells him his stats. It’s perfect for him because he can’t wear a watch at work, so this ring does everything my Apple watch can do and more.
