Do not purchase this ring until Oura fixes the bugs. The blood oxygen monitor does not work due to the inability of the updated firmware to run. The sleep score does not work. I have reached out to support and they tell me they are aware of the glitches and are working on a fix. How can you keep selling the product with known glitches?????

I like how it tracks my sleeping habits and breaks down the different levels of sleep you get per night.

love this! I use this in conjunction with my apple watch and I love it. You dont need the watch though. This is great gives amazing insight on your HRV, interruptions at night, breathing, blood oxygen, stress levels etc. love it so far. If you want something for working out though it wouldn’t be my choice. For everything else it is wonderful.

I was a Fitbit user and then Converted To ring. From there onwards, no looking back ever what an amazing device the best decision I made for my health along With my steps, it helps me look at resilience stress levels as well as my sleep. I would recommend this any day.

As they say, this is the best thing since sliced bread—at least in my opinion. I’ve it 2 months now and it has helped me to greatly improve my quality of sleep. I’ve also been able to identify a few of my stress triggers and adjust so my peaks have decreased. I wish I knew about this “Quality of Life” gem sooner.

Best purchase of the year. Deep insights into sleep and health. Looks good, easy to use. Not really for top athletes that need detailed heart monitoring during work outs.

I’ve owned my oura ring for about 6 months now and I can’t say enough good things! It has allowed me to learn so much about my body and being able to feel and be my best self. Would suggest getting a ring guard if you use it to workout to prevent scratches but otherwise I would buy it again!

bought it for my girlfriend and she loves it, wears it everyday and looks really good on her hand, at first I thought the band was really big and bulky but after I saw it in her hand it looks beautiful, the app works perfect too and gives you all the information you need. It’s kinda cool that the ring can pair with other different apps (especially women’s health apps)

Wife loves it. Didn’t know what to buy her exactly. Then I was seeing this pop up on my feed and other women speaking about it. As of now she wears it non stop unless she’s charging it. It actually told her when her cycle was about to happen which is weird, since she never knows herself. As long as she’s happy I’m happy.

The Oura ring has helped me become a lot more mindful of my habits before bed and the things I was doing that weren’t conducive to a good nights sleep. It’s the little things I didn’t take into consideration like my nightly tea that was raising my body temperature when really I sleep best in a cool environment and lowered body temp etc. It is overall a nice addition to my wellness routine.
