    Not worth the price, gives okay data and can really mess with you mentally. For example, I workup well rested today but the app said I had the worst night of sleep since I started wearing the ring. Doesn't track weight lifting well either.

    Ring sizing tool did not accurately size my finger. I had to use a different finger after I received the ring. Tools available on ring are cool but the measureables I use are available on th3 watch without monthly fee. Overall if u would rather wear a ring v a watch.... great option. If not, stick with the watch.
