    I love this. I’ve wanted to health and activity tracker for years, but I won’t wear watch because I don’t like how it feels on my wrist. But this is so light and actually looks fashionable. I don’t even notice it when it’s on my finger which I worry about because I could damage it. But it seems pretty resilient, so that might not be an issue, Totally recommend.

    If you have done your research, this ring does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is not an activity tracker although it does track activity to some degree. It is more of a lifestyle and awareness tool to see how your lifestyle affects your sleep and vice versa.
