    I have always worried about sleep apnea. Oura has been a great help in eliminating my fears. The other benefits haven’t yet reached me bc I have not had time to go thru all the feature bc I just got it.

    It’s OK Works as supposed to I like it because I can wear it all the time not like my watch . I just wish the colors weren’t more expensive than the just silver

    This is a great product for tracking your heart beat and sleep and stress levels. I was impressed by the reporting.only thing I was quite uncomfortable during workouts.

    I’m happy with it but wish battery life was longer and wish it gave BP also but guess that would be asking a lot… Not sure if the monthly charge will be worth it but signed up since it’s worthless without the subscription..

    It a very good tool. It help to monitor your day to day activities. The only I don’t like is the subscription. The ring is already as it is… with the subscription, it make it hard for me to maintain and keep.
