Really. Over priced at Best Buy. Should have bought it elsewhere. 15 day return policy too short.

I definitely had high hopes but am selling to buy a watch. The black scratches easily to show silver underneath, just with normal wear. You have to pay for the ring, pay for the app, and then pay if you want to use Natural cycles. The sleep tracking seems odd, my son will wake me up 3-5 times a night and im still scoring 85-93/100. You have to validate all activity for it to record.

Gave this a try. Stats were not bad anf it seemed to track steps abd workouts ok without much interaction but that it didnt come in 1/2 sizes I could get a good fit, it scratched really easy and I missed the rings on the watch.

Really cool to see the stats etc but when i work out, which is why i wanted it, the ring would be very intrusive when carrying weights

The ring sizes are odd and do not fit like normal rings. My wife found it uncomfortable at best. While initially wearing it and looking into the data, it soon became unnecessary overload of data you don’t want. The app design is horrendous and leaves you looking to find the same thing twice. It’s like it was designed by an escaped Blackberry engineer with one one more failed tablet app to create. Eventually she simply stops wearing it. Oh, but the RIDICULOUS ’membership fee’ required to access YOUR DATA on YOUR RING was still being charged as she didn’t cancel it. 6 months of fees just poof! Save your money on this overpriced wannabe Apple Watch. Get an Apple Watch when they become FSA allowed. Or Apple brings out a ring. As for this ring SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I purchased the gold ring thinking since the price is higher the esthetic would look good and last longer. In less than a year the gold tone faded. I contacted Oura and had a bogus response. I like the functions of the ring. But don’t spend the money on the gold ring is not worth it. It will fade . My ring looks faded and cheap!!! That’s the only complaint I have about the ring.

Thought it would be an upgrade from my Apple Watch but not necessarily. Would much rather trust my Apple Watch than the Oura ring.

Best Buy Agent ordered wrong size (their mistake, not ours). Returned for refund.

Unfortunately, this ring is made of a plastic material, and my husband was not comfortable wearing it when he lifted heavy weights, or did pull ups. He felt like it would crack, scratch, and/or break, and it just did not seem sturdy enough to take a lot of abuse from weights or weight training. When I asked other people how they used the ring, it seems that most people who use this product are more into cardio and cross training. Others said they take it off when they lift, if they chose to lift heavy. However, it defeats the purpose of all around tracking if you take the ring off when you are working out, so I had to return it an find another way for fitness tracking for him. It's unfortunate as we had high hopes for this product. #disappointed.

Sizing is off always get a size bigger than what you are. The app keeps showing period cycles if tho i choice male for the sex.

Product has a lot of cool features, however it would often shock me. My ring would also die very quickly. I wouldn't buy this again. Scratched VERY easily.

I'm not particularly fond of this ring. I find under all areas it doesn't keep accurate records. I'll sleep for over 8 hours a night and it shows I only slept for 3 or 4.

I got charged an extra 59$ because I originally bought it when it was on sale, then had to exchange it for the same ring just in a different size and they made me pay full price. They wouldn’t refund me and I spent 4 weeks going back and fourth with them about it. Told me I would be refunded several times and that the refund was processed and I NEVER got it. I was told to check with my bank as well to see if it was on hold and I got printed bank statements that told me nothing was ever done.Then within the 4th week of waiting for my refund, I was told I was never going to get the refund.

The sizes are very complicated and the size of the ring is a little uncomfortable.

Ring has great features but I may not have bought it if I realized there is a monthly membership.

Wrong size after even going in store to measure the correct size. Felt cheap as well.

I dont think the monthly subscription cost is worth it.

Do yourself a favor and purchase your ring anywhere but from Best Buy! If it it doesn’t work out for you, you only have 15 days to return compared to the 30 that Amazon and Oura offer. Even though it’s sometimes nice to drop into a store quick to get something same day, I won’t be shopping here again. Ps. Oura ring is ok. Fun to see score for the first few weeks but novelty wears off. I cancelled my trial membership and the battery doesn’t last very long.
