While I also own a Samsung watch, it doesn't come close to providing the depth of data that the Oura Ring does. I had misplaced/lost my last OURA ring. I missed it so much that I replaced it with the Generation 3 Oura Ring and I'm so pleased with it. It is comfortable and it can monitor many activities, such as blood oxygen, sleep and heart rate. It is costly but well worth the purchase.

I absolutely love my Oura Ring! It’s comfortable, stylish, and provides incredibly detailed insight into my sleep, recovery, and daily activity. The accuracy of the sleep tracking is impressive. I feel motivated to improve my health with this new tool.

I wanted to see how well I was sleeping. The ring gives me positive feedback on how well or how poorly my sleep situation is. It has been very helpful. At the same time, it gives me data on my breathing and my heart, etc..

I absolutely love the oura ring ! Keeping track of all the little details into better understanding your sleeping patterns and how you can apply changes to your lifestyle to better your health and sleep patterns, only downside is the subscription fee but thats the case nowadays for pretty much anything, at least the extra info you get from Oura is actually useful

Great health product. For me was lot easier then wearing Apple Watch to track sleep. And keeps ton of sleep metrics. Only down side is you need to pay monthly to get bulk of info.

I was looking for a replacement for my apple watch series 6 because it stopped turning on out of the blue. At first I turned to whoop and I love my whoop but it’s kind of intrusive and it does not count steps….enter oura…i love this lik guy…my only gripe is that the size 13 is a little too big but the size 12 is a hair too small

Its been 3 1/2 weeks now, battery life is awesome. Love the suggestions about managing sleep schedule and times of stress. Its appreciated that the suggestions are appropriate to situations and not overwhelming. As an added bonus I love it's not big and bulky

I absolutely love the Oura ring! I like how it tracks my health. I've had Fitbit and a Galaxy watch in the past and I feel Oura tracks my activity better than either of those two. I do like the feedback it provides, especially on sleep and readiness for the day.

I like it. The store associate had never had to fetch one so I waited a bit while he found them, but the ring itself is performing well and it fits nicely. I don't think the sizers they have in-store are super helpful, because you can't pick them up and move your hand with the sizer on - it is part of the oura display.

Excellent product! I've tried just about every wrist-worn tracker available and none of them were comfortable, especially not for sleeping. The Oura ring solves that problem completely. Very comfortable, valuable information and a well-designed app. I was very nervous about the stealth finish, but so far it has held up nicely. Highly recommended!

This “AMAZING” ring allows me to keep excellent track of my health. It is definitely better than my apple watch and comes loaded with tons of different metrics for analyzing and customization. It is not heavy at all and doesn’t feel restrictive like wearing a watch. A great purchase!!

Ive recently tried to make healthier lifestyle changes and i had the apple watch but never found the insights quite as helpful. The oura ring last for days, its less obstructive than a watch, and the app gives real life changing insights that you can watch your improvements. If youre on the fence about the ring dont be get it!

The Oura ring has so much information, I am still learning new things It is very helpful in looking at overall health and alerting areas to look at. I use every day, especially to look at sleep patterns as I have had sleep issues for years. I have able to modify activity, rest to achieve a better sleep and have felt better as a result.

Amazing insights. Pricey but I think it will be worth it. The monthly fee adds another +/- $80 annually so make sure you account for that.

This is my second ring and it has been always a great helper in keeping track of my sleep and other health related information. The first generation I had dropped the battery life after 4 years of use. Hopefully this one last longer.
