I like this ring a lot the battery life is fantastic and its super fast to charge. Generally dont even notice its there and i get a full app walk through and feedback on how everything i did was and scores it and gives ways to improve.

I needed a new wedding ring anyway and this one can be paid for through your HSA!!! I had a smart watch and it missed so many steps. This thing is light and keeps such accurate count. On top of that the items it tracks in my sleep are amazing to me. Do yourself a favor and get it.

I've been using Oura for about 6 months now and it has been a great experience! The ring itself does not scratch easily even with my retail job. The app features many different insights that help me daily with excellent sleep and activity tracking. The app allows adding tags to your days so you can find trends on why you're sleeping the way you are. Highly recommend for anybody that wants an insightful view into their sleep.

I have been using this for more than a year, never felt to review it but it’s just working really well for me, because I m not an Apple Watch fan. The best thing of this ring is that I can wear it 24 hrs a day and the software keep getting new features. Hope to see blood pressure and other vitals soon

I’ve had my ring for almost 5 months now and I really like it. I got it to track my sleep patterns, activity and menstrual cycle. Go in store to try on. I have very small fingers and I ended up with the size 7.

The first thing I realized when I got it was its plastic- CONS being plastic: Feels cheap, doesn't feel durable, feels like it's easy to lose. All the cons were based upon how it feels so they're not facts just how I felt earing it. PROS being plastic: More grip less likely to slip off if you got the right size, better for different environments, Easly to clean. Now function wise. Wish it had food intake journal to tell me caloric difference when I burn calories and how the nurtion is going to affect my workout or sleep. If they didn't want to add that at least have it more cross app compatible like MyFitnessPal, Vesync, Fitbit, Omron. The only app that is cross compatible is Apple Healt and one other I never heard of. No complaints about the function just the lack of certain software to give more precise overall picture,

Was a little suspicious for how accurate the Oura ring would be. But, honestly, I like it way more than my Apple Watch. 100% recommend. And totally worth the subscription price, too.

I have been pleased with my ring. I had a Fitbit prior to my purchase of this ring and the Fitbit always made my wrist feel weird. I love this ring much better.

I cant leave a bad review about this. I returned it but great concept. If I didn’t already have 2 Apple Watches I switch between I might have kept it. 7 day battery life? And a good UI could be a keeper.

Loved the technology behind the ring but hated how bulky the ring was that I had to return it. Hoping Oura will change the size of the ring soon bc I would purchase again. It did scratch very easily

Firs great, metrics are very useful. Insanely expensive and the monthly subscription fee is a bummer. But right now its the best option for a smart ring—and worth it to me to save on the bulk and annoyances of an Apple Watch or a Fitbit.

Oura does an incredible job providing a new form factor for health tracking! It is small and discreet, but provides almost all the same health data as similar watches. Not having a screen does make you check your phone more for the insights, but the subscription isn’t that expensive ($5 per month). The app does provide actionable advice compared to other devices that just show you the data, so over the long term the data collected can be very helpful. I did have to take it off for weightlifting as it doesn’t provide a ton of useful data and I risked damaging an already expensive device, but if you are heavy on cardio or sleep tracking then this is a fantastic tool to track progress.
