I’ve been researching the Oura ring for a few years before I finally hit the bullet and bought one a year ago this month. In that year I’ve been pleased with the motivation and results that come from it. Anything from encouraging me to move more and try to practice better sleep habits. Highly recommended!

After some shipping issues finally received mine. So far I like it. The steps don’t match my watch but I got it to track my sleep mostly.

The technology has a lot of features and gives you a good baseline of your health but there’s gaps in the data. Additionally, I had to buy a rubber sleeve to keep it from scratching while weight lifting.

Love the oura ring. Great too have something i can track my sleep without haveing my apple watch on my wrist that is uncomfortable to wear at night

Absolutely changed my life. I am addicted to improving my sleep, health, fitness. This ring lets you see when you’re about to get sick, need rest, or more active.

This was a gift to my son. According to his opinion, this is a good device for tracking sleep, but pulse tracking seems inaccurate most of the time - by approximately 20 beats/minute. I'm not aware of his opinion about any other features at this time.

For those of you trying to level up your wellness, here is your accountability partner! It learns your sleep and exercise patterns and builds a daily activity and sleep plan unique to your lifestyle. You can track your sleep and correlating activity on a daily basis. Sure it may be slightly off, but since I have started wearing this, I have been more aware and accountable for my sleep, sleep timing and daily activity levels. I’m in the best shape I’ve been in for a long time and feel amazing.

The sleep tracking and heart rate seem to be pretty accurate. Not a whole lot different than a galaxy or apple watch, but it does look good. Beware the black and the matte black both look kind of grey in direct sunlight. Still a good look but definitely not black.

I love my ring, and I don't leave home without it. I turned around several times after noticing it was left on the charger. Another great item that I bought from Best Buy. I couldn't have made a better choice. I'm hoping they get one made by Apple so I can buy that one too.

I was an Apple Watch user for a long time but felt it lacked overall wellness as built-in features/metrics and I also prefer wearing a traditional watch, so I turned to Oura after many recommendations from friends and coworkers, and I have not been disappointed!

Has significantly helped me understand my body on a deeper level. Worth the price and would absolutely purchase again. Only complaint is the sizing is tricky. Definitely go in and use the sizer.

It's the best! This ring works just like it says it dies. Great accurate monitoring and a very stylish look. The batteries never seen to run out.
