Has significantly helped me understand my body on a deeper level. Worth the price and would absolutely purchase again. Only complaint is the sizing is tricky. Definitely go in and use the sizer.

I use this to track my sleep and it has been so insightful! I also love that it tells me my readiness for the next day. My only issue is that it scratches easily, so be mindful of that if you lift weights!

Love how accurate the ring tracks my sleep. The stress level tracker seems to be reliable too. I love the notifications that direct you on how to approach your activity or energy levels

Be sure to check the size I went into the store checked the sizing ordered but it was way to small. Other than that little issue it's been great. Sleep scores, heat rate and everything seems to work very well...Reccomend it.

I really like it, though sometimes the bluetooth gets iffy. It has helped me track my health goals and better my lifestyle. Definitely recommend!!

First of all: It's amazing to put all of this technology into a ring. I works, even though the heart rate sensing during the day is spotty at best. I don't wear any jewelry other than a wedding band and I intended to wear this instead. The Oura ring is as about twice as wide and 2-3 as thick as my wedding band. This thing is almost obscenely clunky and shiny and I felt I looked like a pimp on his gym day. It probably appears smaller in stealth black but I passed on it an returned within the first 24 hours

I’ve had the ring for a little over 3 months now.. it’s AMAZING! Battery life is wonderful. I highly recommend getting the size kit. Definitely a better way to track your cycles.

This ring is the truth. It provides a summary of my sleep pattern and makes recommendations. It does everything that it is designed to do.

Incredible easy and reliable the ring is barely noticeable and you cant even tell what it is unless you already know great design overall the only concern i have is it is really easy to lose and forget all in all tho a good product
