    The sizing is not accurate, especially when it comes to sleeping with it so I recommend sizing up. Other than that I love my ring. It gives me a lot of insight into my health and I love the recommendations.

    I’m happy with it but wish battery life was longer and wish it gave BP also but guess that would be asking a lot… Not sure if the monthly charge will be worth it but signed up since it’s worthless without the subscription..

    It a very good tool. It help to monitor your day to day activities. The only I don’t like is the subscription. The ring is already as it is… with the subscription, it make it hard for me to maintain and keep.
