I love that it’s a ring and not a “smart device” so I can wear it to sweep. I was never able to wear my Apple Watch to sleep due to its size it would always keep me up at night, even if it was in the night mode, the screen was bright and would wake me up best purchase ever.

    I love it! It really tracks just about everything. My only issue with it is that my battery only lasts about 2 days now, but I reached out to Oura and they are sending me a new ring since it falls into the year warranty!

    I think the only thing I can really complain about is the battery life, but honestly it lasts longer than my Apple Watch was lasting. Oh, and the fact that I get blisters from wearing it when I’m doing deadlifts/squats, which already gives me blisters just not as quick. Otherwise it’s been great.
