I loveeeeeeeeeee it they so accurate i love to track my hr and my oxygen when I sleep you guys need it in your life

I love my Oura ring. As an athlete, I tend to love the data side of it. Wanted to explore a new form factor and get some sleep data. But I also didn’t want to spend $400+ not knowing if I’d like it or not. Will upgrade in the near future.

I really like the data the Oura ring is providing me on my sleep, and stress. I've had it for about a month and it provides a deeper level of understanding than my apple watch. Not a great fitness tracker, but still provides insights to the recovery of my workouts, which fitness watches don't. For sure use it on your non-dominant hand, I couldn't stand the bulk on my right hand and had to trade in for a smaller size.

I LOVE THIS RING.......I have been tracking my HRV for a couple of years with other devices that require me to attach something and wait for reading once a day. I love that this is tracking all the time, and I love waking up to see my readiness score, my activity goal, my sleep report and my daily activity reading. I had to adjust to wearing a ring on my index finger, but that didn't take long at all.

Ring functions and operates as advertised, there are even a few features that they don't mention come with the app, but I found very useful. The sleep tracking in particular is great!

At first I wasn’t sure if it was worth the price. After 2 months I still love my ring. i thought it was going to be too bulky but I completely forget it’s even there! Love the health data and 24/7 tracking it provides. Plus the battery last for days and charges quickly.

There's something not right, the ring is expensive, don't take wrong its a beautiful and well constructed ring, and sends a lot of information, but THEY WANT YOU TO BUY A SUSCRIPTION and if you don't is almost useless, why do I have to pay? 6 dollars each month so I can use the ring???

Nice and easy to use. It is great to help track my sleep and it is looks nice.

Great addition to my health devices. I find the step counter is not as accurate as my Apple Watch. My sleep has improved by using the ring to figure out when I should go to bed. It’s really big and bulky on my finger but I barely notice it and I haven’t had any one comment on it yet. I usually charge it in the car on my way to places.

Love this ring! It tells me everything I need to know about my sleep cycles, stress, and etc. if you are a fitness person this ring you could benefit so much from and also the ones wanting to be healthier and loose weight this ring is for you! The sleep feature is the most important when it comes to your health and this will tell you your sleeping patterns! Get you an oura ring!

I am really happy with it in general. it seems to automatically measure a lot of bio-stats pretty seamlessly. I end up with much more data than the Apple Watch because I can wear it more or less continuously. The down side is that it costs as much as an Apple Watch, and yet you have to pay $72 a year for the subscription which is frankly a rip off. Also sometimes my finger swells so I have to change fingers. And at times, it seems to miss periods. But overall really good.

The Oura ring provides so much information! My Dr. was concerned about me having sleep apnea and wanted me to go to an overnight sleep study. I bought the Oura ring and at my next appointment 4 weeks later I showed her my statistics which showed I had very few interruptions over that 4 week period. She was impressed with all the information it provided. Well worth the money!! Would definitely recommend getting the Oura ring!!

Love my experience with the ring - having been using it for more than a year.

LOVE! I’d been wearing an Apple Watch for years to track my activity. It worked well and had the added benefit of showing me all my phone notifications on the watch’s screen, but I never wore it to sleep because I found the band uncomfortable at night. I love the data that the oura ring provides for sleep as well as cycles!

Love it, but the price and then the “membership” fee just to use it seems outrageous

Was skeptical when I purchased but this thing is really awesome. If you like tech and enjoy tracking a large majority of lifestyle and health data you absolutely need this. Highly recommended.

I do enjoy the oura ring! I’ve worn it everyday for a little over a year now. I just am not a fan of how i have to pay a subscription to use the good stuff on the app, or at all I think.

I enjoyed this ring and loved seeing the insights and ways to help improve sleep and overall health, however I am not a fan of having to have a monthly subscription on top of the hefty price of the ring to be able to access that information. If you don’t mind have the subscription it really is a pretty awesome device.

So happy with my new Oura ring! It is very comfortable and tracks everything I want it to!
