This is an amazing piece of tech in a small form factor. I would definitely say, go into a Best Buy for ring sizing. It takes a little getting used to because of the sensors on the inside of the ring. Almost feels too tight at first, but after a few days I got used to it. The gen 4 has smaller/flatter sensors. I got the black stealth version and wear it on my index finger. I haven’t noticed any scratches, but I do baby it a little. There’s a nice little indent on one side of the ring so you know that goes on the inside of your hand. It does pretty much the same as an Apple Watch, but if you want health tracking or sleep tracking and don’t want to wear your watch to sleep, this is the perfect alternative. Although it’s a little pricey, it’s definitely worth it, and you can even use FSA or HSA to purchase. I’ve found that in about 3 and a half days, the battery goes down about 30%. It’s rated for 4-7 days depending on usage.

I love my Oura ring. It helps me track my sleeping habits and reminds me to get up after sitting for too long. Stylish too!

I got this for my daughters 20th birthday. Shes away at school has anxiety along with them growing up pains. She felt the need to track her sleep and heart. She has an apple watch but its not comfortable to have on all the time or convenient. The ring is effortless and looks good. Shes had several compliments and is extremely happy with it. Now i want on. :)

Best ring I’ve ever purchased, it’s soo comfortable and it is super accurate

I wondered if this would be worth the price since I already had a Fitbit. I am so glad I took the chance. I love how the oura ring tracks detailed factors of sleep, body temperature, changes in heart rate, etc. The different daily scores it has gives you a quick glance at your overall health and wellness. It has alerted me several times that my resting heart rate and body temperature were up and I needed to rest more those days. Each time I ended up being sick. Now I know how to tell a sickness is coming. I get so much information about my health. I love this ring. It was uncomfortable on my ring finger and pointer finger. It fits perfect on my middle finger. It is very comfortable and I only have to charge it once every 5 to 7 days. My phone alerts me when I need to charge it and when charging is completed.

Absolutely love the ring. It is accurate, comfortable and has a great battery life!

Took awhile to get use to where I don't wear rings 24/7. But specifically this one do to the width of ring but now is fine but going forward if ever needed to purchase another one I would wait for a thinner version to be made .as for the data it measures is very informative and makes one more accountable for paying attention to sleep and activity and effects on you.

If you don’t need notifications on your wrists from something thats likely in your pocket already, this is for you. Great health tracking/sleep tracking and all week battedy life.

The oura ring has been an amazing purchase as it has allowed me to track my sleep, my stress and my health. It´s also very comfortable to wear.

I love it! The biggest draw to get the ring was tracking my sleep and my menstrual cycle but the ring is so beneficial to so many other things. More and more things get added every so often. I would also recommend a ring cover if you lift weights and workout, it will get scratches.

I absolutely love this ring! It is perfect for those that don’t want to wear an Apple Watch or FitBit which is why I got it! A few of my favorite features are the calorie burning counter, the sleep tracker & the activity log.

I purchased the Oura Ring for my daughter and it has been truly amazing! She has trouble sleeping and the Oura Ring has been very helpful to show her sleeping patterns throughout the night. It shows the peaks of when she is awake and when she is in her deep sleep along with heart rate and other statistics. I'm very impressed with Oura!!

I thiught about thisnourchase for a long time before I bought. But I finally did it and I really like the Oura ring. It tracks my sleep (which is why I got it), my steps, my O2, and more. It gathers that info and incorporates it in a very useful way for me to see my "trends" throughout the day and week. Oura has been super helpful when I've had any 'glitchy' issues and they've been immediately resolved. In the time I've had it they've even added features. I wish there wasn't a monthly fee, but its pretty reasonable at $6.

I love the Oura ring and think it does a really good job tracking data and providing various types of health information. I think that the calorie tracking abilities for strength training and Pilates type workouts isn’t super accurate and something they hopefully improve in the future. The only thing I really don’t like about the Oura ring is how easily it scratches, I recommend getting a cover for weightlifting. Overall it’s a really good product and I recommend for people looking to track their health.

Expensive, but the ring is high quality and has tracked my sleep accurately for a month now! Not great as a fitness tracker on its own but sleep logging is top notch.

The ring is very pretty, it's 24k deep gold color. I solely get compliments on it as a jewelry piece. The actual tracker seems to be very accurate. I can tell that on the nights when I don't sleep well, it literally tells me that I either moved a lot or didn't have the deep sleep time. I usually try to use it as a recommendation and change my routine or take a restorative nap in the early afternoon. I also use it when cycling, jogging, or walking my dog and add workouts. I feel very happy about this purchase and recommend it.

It’s not worth it IMO. It’s very big, a “man’s ring” the ladies in the AD’s definitely make it look smaller than it actually is. I cannot use it when working out because it’s uncomfortable. It’s no better than an Apple Watch. I’d prefer the Apple Watch over the ring due to the versatility of the watch. The ring cost too much and offer too little. Also make sure to air out the ring otherwise you’ll have a pruned up ring finger.
