The Ring is excellent! Honestly the fit is fantastic due to the sizing kit that best buy also sells. And I love the tracking ability. It really helps me manage my stress levels as well as helps me to know my sleep. The biggest advantage for me is sleep tracking. It is small and I forget I am wearing it. A watch always bothered me overnight as it would snag on my sheets or pillow as I would move. This does not do that.

It is an excellent product with one catastrophic downside. I wanted this product to work as nothing like this exists that balances ease of use with various analytics that spoon-feed you information about your health with high accuracy. The downside is that it can cause pain and numbness in the finger within a few weeks of using it. We used the sizing kit to buy the rings (we wore them for a couple of days). Unfortunately, it takes 1-3 weeks for the problem to be felt. I looked up on Reddit, where others are discussing this issue, and the consensus is that it is a mild form of neuropathy due to nerve compression by the ring. Maybe the solution is for Oura to provide half sizes (such as 6.5 and 12.5). We chose 12 and 6 and used them on the ring finger. If Oura provides half sizes that fit on index fingers, I might re-purchase this product (returned it this time). Additionally, I wish the ring was more flexible or thinner ( I know this is at the limits of current technology). Or, they can make a non-athlete version of the whoop band. If it fits you well, this is the best sleep and stress tracker that you can buy.

Bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. A little pricey but she loves it. Helps her with her sleep and activity.

Perfect piece of jewelry. Great battery life and so nice to measure my sleep without having to wear a watch. Great purchase!

As advertised. Go up a size. They run tight if you’re not using the sizing kit. Also you may have to buy online only.

Purchased to replace a Heritage ring that no longer had battery capacity beyond 2 nights. While the the two styles are supposed to fit the same, my Heritage size 9 is definitely a little looser on my finger than the Horizon size 9. This worked out well for me, but thought I would mention for other switching styles. Big fan of the rings, but with the understanding of their limitations - I export all my data to Cronometer and love that it is easy to integrate Oura ring data there. Would recommend the ring to anyone who has read in detail about it and what to expect.

I love this ring. I bought it mainly to monitor sleep, stress and body temperature. The sleep portion of it has really opened my eyes as to how bad my sleep really was. I spoke to my doctor about it and we are working on ways to get a better sleep. It does accurately log my stress also. If you are on the fence about purchasing a ring, don’t be. It’s a good investment. Make sure you purchase the sizing kit first. I’m glad I did.

I like the style and charging but it does not have accurate data from my big fingers. I have the largest ring and it’s too small for my index finger. Ring tells me that I only had 1 hours sleep when I was unconscious for at least 7 hours of the night. Great idea but not for me. If it will fit your index finger and gives you results that make sense, then I would recommend. If you have big fingers like me, then I recommend maybe trying it but make sure that it is generating results that make sense.

Be sure to do the sizing before purchase. The main thing that I purchased this for was to monitor sleep which it does very well. Does a whole lot that I am working on figuring out. Really like that this is a ring as I don't want something on my wrist while sleeping. So far so good and would recommend.

Love the look and feel and it provides valuable insights. Good step tracker as well. Only needs sporadic charging. Doubles as a wedding ring.

I purchased the Oura Ring Gen3 Horizon for my husband and it has been so helpful to show his sleeping patterns and where he struggles with proper sleep. I can now bring this to the doctor to get additional help for him The Oura is fantastic!!

This is exactly what I needed to get on track with my health. As a full tome working mom, and during busy times in life, it is hard to know when I need to slow down. When warned with my ring, I know when to take better care of myself whenever possible. There is never any shame in your “performance”. This ring tracks actual data and notifies you of how your body is recovering. Highly recommend to anyone in the dark about how and when they need to rest.

Additionally, something I recently discovered is that if you have a friend who already owns the Oura ring, they can send you a referral, allowing you to save $40 on your purchase but you can only us this discount by purchasing it online. This was news to me, so before making your purchase, consider exploring all these options to get the best deal possible.

Great ring, I still wear it every day almost 2 years in. I love their app interface and getting insights on my sleep and readiness. While it's good sleep tracker, it's not ideal for workout sessions. You generally take it off when doing dumbbells and barbells. Don't think it's too great at counting steps and running either. Rose Gold is good looking but probably not worth the premium since the colors fade. Just get a diff color one.

I don’t even remember what I did before my Oura ring. It helps me monitor my overall health, my movement, and now little things like exercise and sleep have become like a game for me. I always need motivation and this ring is the best thing I’ve done for my overall health. The best part is I only ever need to charge it once a week.

Love my oura ring. I’ve had it for about a month now and the insights it brings for my health are amazing. Reading why I feel the way I do based on my sleep score, or stress score is so informative. Cannot race about this ring enough!
