Purchased Oura ring from BB & by the 2nd week it stopped logging data. Returned it to BB & they sent it off & had it replaced within 3 DAYS! BB follow up with me to ensure it was received & it is logging data. THAT'S great customer service.

Oura ring is awesome addition to keep track of sleep and my track your health

I really like the ring, but the charger is defective. I've messaging with support and they keep giving me the run around -- just send me a new charger! Very frustrating. I tried messaging them about it on Twitter and my message was deleted. Watch out that you may not get the support you need from this company.

Not worth the extra fee hundreds for the color, but good item for sleep tracking

Bought this for my wife. She liked it so much I bought one for myself too. Works great, awesome battery like (I charge it once every 4 days), looks good. I don’t wear my Apple Watch as much as I used to anymore.

Informative with useful information for those who want track health related metrics. Great sleep insights; good heart, oxygen and stress insights, OK fitness insights. If you don’t want a watch on your wrist, especially to sleep, an Oura ring is a great option. I have and will recommend this.

Very accurate readings and super to keep track of everything

This little contraption has changed my life. Not only can I track my sleep and other health habits, but I can learn how to better them. I couldn’t recommend more!!!

Great for 10 months and batter can’t last a day and fails to pick up key data. Customer support are going to send me a refurbished ring ad it’s within a year…. smh should be brand new but better than nothing. the only feature Orua ring lacks is gps tracking for walks/exercise. syncs great with calorie counting apps and apple health.

Nice product have had for about 3 years not happy about the subscription.

I've had my ring for about a month and it is helping me identify the best ways to optimize my sleep. I'm sleeping better and more consistently. And it also helped me identify some variations in heart rate and stress that I'm following up with my doctor about, which I might not have noticed without the Oura.

Works great. I love the sleep features. Would recommend. A bit pricey.

so does my other smart ring, which does not charge me on a monthly basis in order to be able to use what I already paid for. Not only that, the Oura ring is more expensive, feels cheaper, has less battery life, and is a lot bulkier than the Oura rings main competitor.

Great product but there is a monthly fee which I feel is uncessary especially when you can buy an Apple Watch or galaxy watch that do similar things that don’t have a monthly fee.

Daughter loves it, purchased as gift. It really helps her get a realistic snapshot of health stats and trends.
