I am very happy with this purchase so far. It is has so much information it gives a lot of insight into your movement, sleep and stress through the day and night.

I got this as a gift for someone in my life and she absolutely loves it. It’s such a unique way to keep up with your health and it’s also just a cute ring!

Expensive, bulky, and inaccurate. It’s fine for basic stuff but don’t recommend for workout tracking.

I had high hopes for the Oura Ring Gen 3, but after nearly a year of use, I can confidently say it’s been a major letdown. The battery life is absolutely terrible. I’m lucky if it lasts two days—sometimes not even that. For a device that’s supposed to be worn 24/7 to track sleep, recovery, and activity, needing to constantly take it off and charge it defeats the entire purpose. The charging process itself is slow, and the battery health seems to have deteriorated significantly over time. What’s worse, Oura's support response was underwhelming—they offered a refurbished replacement or a discount on a newer model instead of acknowledging that this is a widespread issue. For something this expensive, I expected better reliability and support. If you're considering Oura for long-term health tracking, especially with Gen 3, think twice. It looks nice, but functionally, it’s not worth the hassle.

It's more than I expected. I love the Oura ring, and I highly recommend this for anyone looking to get a better command of their quality of sleep and daily activities.

Im under medical treatment for at least the next 6 months. The information that the ring provides daily, gives a little peice of mind knowing my vitals. Great product.

The battery life is good, nice app very good features.ez to understand , over all experience for me nit bad but i Still return it because is pricey also monthly sub is annoying

Loving the ring so far. After 1 week, the stats are spot on! It's pushing me each day to burn more calories and recover. The app is very intuitive and worth the subscription. Happy with my purchase!

Definitely a sleep tracker, can be useful for fertility tracking (if you’re not on BC). I’ve noticed my fingers do get swollen after wearing (they usually don’t when wearing other rings) so size up!

Love this ring for tracking my cycle and my sleep! Also really enjoying that it tracks my stress, kinda sad about the $6 monthly subscription but honestly worth it

It’s fine. Gets the job done, though frustrating that the finish and color result in a price difference from $300 to $500. Seems unfair

Bought this ring last month. So glad I did, awesomel features, has all my health information on my phone. Easy access, definitely worth it. Definitely recommend

This is a great buy from Best Buy. Help that I received and this was outstanding.

So far so good. Trying to disconnect for my smartwatch, but maintain my health. Don't get the stealth if you're looking for a matte black. The pictures make this look black, but it's an anthracite grey, definitely grey.

This ring and app are cool. Does everyone an apple watch or Fitbit does but better.
