Big bulky not really made for a woman’s hand. It’s so thick it separates your fingers like a a pedicure toe things.

Not a fan. To each their own but it was too big for my hand size. If they made it small and thinner i would consider trying again.

Requires subscriptions. Tracking is not the most optimal..

I did not mind paying the extra for the rose gold ring just to have the color I wanted. At the time the Best Buy in Sandusky did not have the rose gold color rings for display. I was mailed my ring and I feel as if I got ripped off paying an extra $200 for a ring that looks gold. If the display was there I would have just went with regular silver knowing the rose gold looks almost identical to the gold color. Gold is not my preference. Other than that I’m still getting use to the ring.

I really wanted to love this ring but the fact that I have to charge it every 3 days and it’s brand new is crazy. I’ve had it for not even 2 weeks and it does within 3 days of being charged. It’s advertised as holding a charge for 4-7 days.

My Oura ring worked fine until the 16th day of purchase, then I wasn't able to see sleep score, readiness score or blood oxygen levels - the very reasons that I made this purchase. Have been emailing Oura directly, but they have offered no resolution to this problem. It has now been going on 8 days in a row without the information I need. Best Buy's return policy is 14 days - this issue started on the 16th day, so it seems like I am out of luck and out of $349.00. Best Buy won't do anything and Oura won't do anything. Buyer beware.

The charger is horrible. The company expects you to go out and buy another for $60. The company is too focused on rolling out their new ring rather than support customers who have its previous ring. I haven't even had the ring 4 months and the charger no longer works making the ring useless. Good luck finding any company out there who provides prompt service.

It doesn’t feel preimum and also its alot more bulky because of that it makes you feel wierd making you feel like something is stuck in between your finger also it hard to grip on a handle like a golf club or a bat. But the health tracker is really good

I love the ring but it completely quit working after 1 year, 8 months. I tried all steps to get it working again. For over 500$ you’d think it’d last at least 2 Years.

My ring is too big and I can't find a store with a smaller ring in stock. I like the app and all the things it tracks but I need a smaller size.

The product is overpriced and forces you to sign up for two supporting apps that are overpriced. Example: Find my ring, $3.99 a month…Rip off! Our Apple Watch is a far superior product.

The ring had constant connection issues. It would just load and load forever and give me errors. Would have huge gaps in data as well. I bought it for sleep tracking and its incredibly inaccurate for it- it would give me the same score almost wvery night now matter how i slept.

It was good but after a year its battery life significantly reduced from over a week to couple days.

The concept and the technology are awesome, and measurements are accurate. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me, since it was uncomfortable. I found myself waking up in the middle of the night multiple times to either adjust it or put it on a different finger. I hope someday they make they available in half sizes. If they ever do, I’ll give it another try.

Bulky. Hated it. Also scuffed up very easily. Had to return.

went with ringcon they had a better interface and on demand hr and spo2

Required customer service to even get the basic features to work (sleep tracking and readiness). It did not track any of my workouts even after an hour class. I returned it.

It’s a very unnecessary thing and I just forgot to return it. I don’t recommend.
