I bought this for my fiance and she absolutely loves. Wears it every single day and at night and is impressed by all of the information that it gives her about her healthy, activity, etc. Would highly recommend!

Love the data I get from the ring. I have had it for a couple weeks now and it is scratched up heavily on the inside where my palm is but other than that it is holding up well even working as a nurse.

I’ve been using my Oura ring for about 6 months and I absolutely love it. I had an Apple Watch for 7 years and I was feeling too tied to my phone always knowing when someone was texting or calling. The Oura ring has taken that away and improved my sleep quality so much!

Great for data collection. The form factor just is not ready. Maybe by Gen 5 or 6. The outside diameter is simply too large to be comfortable. Once you find your fit, the new problem becomes pressure on adjacent fingers. Its even more annoying than the monthly fee. The app is decent, although its a battery hog. Battery life of the ring itself is about half of what is advertized. Overall, it's a great concept but the product demonstrates that our reach has exceeded our grasp.

Overall not too happy. The ring itself works amazing and the app interface is very user friendly. Figured the ring may be uncomfortable because of the sensors but you do not even know they are there. Very well thought out design. What I do not like is the fact that there is a monthly subscription fee that you are not notified of until the ring is purchased. It is not required but there is only 3 features without it. I probably could have found it on the website before buying but you have to dig. Not cool Oura, NOT COOL.

I was on the fence about buying an Oura Ring, but im so glad I did! For health monitoring purposes, this ring beats wearing an apple watch.

This Is probably the coolest & most descrete product on the marking. You can even put it on your ring finger too fight off the ladies :).. overall extremely amazing and a super helpful health product

This is so much more than a fitness/sleep tracker. It provides so much information and insight in to your overall health and lifestyle.

The ring sizes are odd and do not fit like normal rings. I found it uncomfortable at best and it constantly fell off. I swapped for a smaller size which even though tight would work it’s way off and go flying. The data was of little use. I already know if I slept bad, I don’t need the ring to tell me. The new age mental porridge thrown at you non stop is annoying. The app design is awful and leaves you looking to find the same thing twice. It’s like it was designed by an escaped Blackberry engineer with one one more failed tablet app to create. Within 2 months I stopped wearing it and cancelled the RIDICULOUS ’membership fee’ required to access YOUR DATA on YOUR RING! Save your money on this overpriced wannabe Apple Watch. Get an Apple Watch when they become FSA allowed. Or Apple brings out a ring. As for this ring SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I highly recommend the Oura ring! I love all the data this small but mighty, smart ring provides! If you’re all about health and fitness this ring provides just that!

Does a great job at keeping up with sleep and HRV. As a student it's really helpful to see the suggestions and adjust my routine accordingly!

I really like the Oura ring! It tracks heart rate and stress levels well. The app that goes with it is super easy to use.

Very pricey for what it is. There are blanks in my data from it not registering from time to time, once a whole day was not registered (battery was alive). Which is disappointing because a lot of its assessments need data for trends. The apps Home Screen is consistently covered in ads to articles and other health products that I have no interest in, so it’s never straight forward to look at my data, I have to scroll through random things to get to what I’m trying to see. I would want a slicker. Straight forward home page for a product this pricey and that the app is subscription based. The period tracking is very lacking…it recommends you to download and buy another app subscription to track periods better. I also assumed that the assessment for your day score (and other score based assessments) would lay out why it’s giving you the score based on numbers from your data to correlate, but it’s lacking in those details to the point that I don’t really believe it. It is a little bulkier than expected, I wear a lot of rings so it took me a little while to get used to but for others have said that it would be way to bulky and awkward for them to wear.

I love the amount of sleep detail I get from the ring. It helps me focus on what I need to be doing better.

Subscription to see your sleep data etc. I can do it for free on any other watch. Their Website says live agent available M-F 4am-7PM but that's a lie. There is no live agent. Chat Bot creates a ticket for you and then someone reaches out via email. No live agent. Hard to find and delete credit card, cancel subscription. (V Important). it keeps saying complete the Oura flow to manage account. I have no idea what Oura flow is ! It will be returned back to the company. Wasted 2 hours to understand all that. Good for me, I used a disposable credit card so even if they want to charge they can't. Highly encourage people to use disposable credit card for fraudsters like Oura.

As a product, I didnt find any actual issues with it other than it was a little clunky. I just didnt like the feel of it.

I returned my ring. The gadget is nicely built and has a long lasting battery. Otherwise, it is useless. It seems it shows average data per strata. 1) I ran 5K with speed intervals the other day. My Garmin Forerunner showed max HR 152, while Oura Ring indicates only 102. 2) I am a marathoner. My results are better than 75% of runners of my age/gender. My VO2max is in the top 10% of my age/gender, according to Garmin. My weight has been the same since I was 20. I have zero calcium. I eat healthy food. I am not a couch potato. Oura says "your cardiovascular age is aligned with your actual age". 3) My sleep is always shown "optimal", regardless of time, length and subjective feelings. 4) The toy is expensive. Usually, one either pays for a device, or for subscription, not for both.
