Was skeptical when I purchased but this thing is really awesome. If you like tech and enjoy tracking a large majority of lifestyle and health data you absolutely need this. Highly recommended.

Love it! The battery life is great. It’s very comfortable to sleep with.

This was recommended to me by my doctor due to me having trouble sleeping. Dr. wanted to see if there was a possibility that I could have sleep apnea. The way this ring tracks your sleep and the data it provides is really amazing! Definitely worth purchasing. The ring does run smaller than normal rings.

I love my Oura ring. As an athlete, I tend to love the data side of it. Wanted to explore a new form factor and get some sleep data. But I also didn’t want to spend $400+ not knowing if I’d like it or not. Will upgrade in the near future.

I’m allergic to metals and often have reactions to wearable devices even if they are titanium. I have worn for 23 days and had ZERO reaction. After about 2 weeks I was used to the bulkiness of the ring. I wear it on my right index finger. I have a Samsung 22 - Android phone. Twice the app was glitchy. Closed out the app completely and everything was fine.

This is a great way to track your sleep and recovery data. It does fitness but not very well. I really don't think that's why people biy this though. The absolute best combo is a Garmin Forerunner 265 or preferably 965 and this. Garmin excels at the fitness and activity tracking the oura ring excels al sleep and recovery. All in the form of a watch and a ring.

I wanted something to wear that I could also wear to bed and it wouldn’t bother me. This ring was it. It is very accurate and tells me so much information about my activity, recovery and sleep. Highly recommend!

I was tired of wearing my Apple Watch and wanted something more versatile when it came to fashion but also something that provided similar features. I love my oura ring, it tracks my workouts/activity without me having to start anything. I love the sleep & stress features as well. Overall 10/10

Beautiful and shiny, perfect product, word perfectly

I absolutely love the details that I get from the health reports. In my opinion, no smartwatch comes close! If there was no display on the ring (as there currently is not), I would probably totally ditch my smartwatch if the ring even just simply vibrated for calls/texts. I like not feeling so tied down to such a big piece of jewelry like a watch for health insights, but I wish the ring did just a little more, especially considering the price.

Great health product. For me was lot easier then wearing Apple Watch to track sleep. And keeps ton of sleep metrics. Only down side is you need to pay monthly to get bulk of info.

It's robust but comfortable - I'm notoriously clumsy yet it doesn't seem effected at all which is a wonder to me. Further, the app is informative and easy to use. The information it provides has been really helpful to me. The app fee is also easy to cover so that's amazing too.... The charge lasts quite a while.... I can't really think of a complaint to give. Thank you

The Oura ring works really well with my Apple Watch. The data it collects in regards to my sleep, recovery and health compliment the activity data that my Apple Watch collects. I feel like it’s helping me make better decisions in regards to sleep as well as recovery time from workouts. I’m very happy that I made the purchase.

I do enjoy the oura ring! I’ve worn it everyday for a little over a year now. I just am not a fan of how i have to pay a subscription to use the good stuff on the app, or at all I think.

I wanted to see how well I was sleeping. The ring gives me positive feedback on how well or how poorly my sleep situation is. It has been very helpful. At the same time, it gives me data on my breathing and my heart, etc..

I love my oura ring so far! It is comfortable to wear and very accurate.

I suppose it's an okay idea but my hands are smaller so the ring was very large and cumbersome to me. It also kept disconnecting from my bluetooth. It didn't really give me any more accurate information than myfitness watch does. I wish the company would make them more attractive and make them more feminine looking. It just was very large.

I had misplaced/lost my last OURA ring. I missed it so much that I replaced it with the Generation 3 Oura Ring and I'm so pleased with it. It is comfortable and it can monitor many activities, such as blood oxygen, sleep and heart rate. It is costly but well worth the purchase.
